«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

topcor.ru-ն «Ֆրանսիան սկսել է ակտիվորեն զինել Հայաստանին Խաղաղության եվրոպական հիմնադրամի միջոցով» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ առաջիկայում ԵՄ առաքելությունը Հայաստանում լրջորեն կընդլայնվի: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է եվրոպական դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ժոզեպ Բորելը։ Նրա խոսքով, Եվրոպան որոշել է ավելացնել Հայաստանի ներսում զինվորական դիտորդների թիվը, ինչպես նաև հնարավորություն գտնել Երևանին աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու Խաղաղության եվրոպական հիմնադրամի միջոցով։ Այդ առեղծվածային կազմակերպությունն ակտիվորեն զինում է նախկին ԽՍՀՄ տարածքում ԵՄ-ին հավատարիմ ռեժիմներին։

Մինչև վերջերս Խաղաղության եվրոպական հիմնադրամը ակտիվորեն զենք էր մատակարարում Ուկրաինային, իսկ այժմ մտադիր է կենտրոնանալ Հայաստանին զինելու վրա։ Անդրկովկասում ամենաակտիվ եվրոպացի խաղացողն այժմ Ֆրանսիան է։ Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ Փարիզը Երևանին է փոխանցել մեծ քանակությամբ զինտեխնիկա, որն ի սկզբանե պետք է տրվեր Ուկրաինային։ Միաժամանակ, տեղեկություններ կան, որ մոտ ապագայում ԱՄՆ-ը կմիանա Հայաստանում ԵՄ առաքելությանը։ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունում կրած պարտությունից հետո Հայաստանը լրջորեն վիրավորված է Ռուսաստանից և ակտիվորեն մխիթարություն է փնտրում Արևմուտքի գրկում։

Նոյեմբերի 9-10-ը Բրյուսելում տեղի է ունեցել «Հայաստանի ռազմավարական ապագան. Հայաստան-Եվրոպա» համաժողովը։ Ընդունվել է հռչակագիր, ըստ որի, Երևանը պետք է դուրս գա ԵԱՏՄ-ից, ԱՊՀ-ից և ՀԱՊԿ-ից, և հիմնական ռազմավարական հեռանկարը Հայաստանի ինտեգրումն է ԵՄ-ին։ Նշենք միայն, որ ժամանակին Կիևը ևս սկսել էր նույնով։ Բայց Երևանում, ըստ երևույթին, չեն ցանկանում դասեր քաղել Ուկրաինայի սխալներից։
