Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի հրամանով Վահան Վիրաբյանը նշանակվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության երրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի պետ՝ ազատվելով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության յոթերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնից:

Ծնվել է 1987 թվականի մայիսի 2-ին, Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաքում:
2008թ. ավարտել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի բակալավրիատը, ապա՝ 2013թ. նույն ֆակուլտետի մագիստրատուրան:
