ԿԳՄՍՆ պատմության և մշակույթի հուշարձանների պահպանության վարչության աշխատակիցները Շիրակի մարզի Անի խոշորացված համայնքում մասնակցել են «Պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի կազմակերպած «Համայնքային հուշարձանապահպանություն» ծրագրին: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են նախարարությունից:

Աշխատաժողովին ներկա էին նաև համայնքի ղեկավար Արման Սարիբեկյանը և վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարները: ՊՈԱԿ-ի մասնագետները ներկայացրել են ոլորտի օրենսդրությունն ու իրավական կարգավորումները, համայնքի պարտականություններն ու լիազորությունները: Կարևորվել են համայնքի առաջնային դերը հուշարձանների պահպանության գործում, բնակչության իրազեկվածության անհրաժեշտությունը օրենսդրական կարգավորումների վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև հուշարձանների նորոգման կամ տարածքների բարեկարգման ժամանակ սահմանված ընթացակարգերին խստորեն հետևելու անհրաժեշտությունը: 

«Համայնքային հուշարձանապահպանությունը» ՊՈԱԿ-ի շարունակական ծրագրերից մեկն է, որի միջոցով բարձրացվում է համայնքների իրազեկվածությունը հուշարձանների պահպանության ոլորտի օրենսդրության, գործող ընթացակարգերի և հուշարձանների պահպանության գործում համայնքների ներգրավվածության բարձրացման վերաբերյալ:

Նշյալ ծրագրին մասնակցելուց հետո ԿԳՄՍՆ աշխատակիցները մշտադիտարկման նպատակով այցելել են նաև պատմության և մշակույթի մի շարք հուշարձաններ՝ Շիրակի մարզի Անի խոշորացված համայնքի Գուսանագյուղում պահպանված X-XII դդ. թվագրվող ամրոց-դղյակը, Ջրափիի տեղափոխված եկեղեցին և քարավանատունը, Արագածոտնի մարզի Փարպիի Ծիրանավոր եկեղեցին:

Գուսանագյուղի ամրոց-դղյակն ուղղանկյունաձև հատակագծով կառույց է, եղել է եռահարկ` փայտյա միջհարկային ծածկերով: Տարիներ առաջ այն մասնակի ամրակայվել է, սակայն դեռևս անմխիթար վիճակում է: Ամրոցի նորոգման աշխատանքներն ընդգրկված են նախարարության 2024-2026 թթ. միջնաժամկետ ծախսային ծրագրում: 2024 թ. նախարարության միջոցներով կպատվիրվեն ամրոցի վերականգնման գիտանախագծային փաստաթղթերի լրամշակման աշխատանքները:

Փարպիի Ծիրանավոր եկեղեցի այցի նպատակը ընթացիկ վերականգնման աշխատանքների վերահսկողությունն էր: 2023 թվականի համար նախատեսված աշխատանքները ներառում են տարածքից աղբի մաքրման, ոչ պիտանի քարերի տեղափոխման, հուշարձանի տարածքի հնագիտական պեղման, նախապատրաստական, քանդման և վերաշարման և այլ աշխատանքներ:

Եկեղեցին արդեն «ազատվել» է երկու կողմից տասնյակ տարիներ շարված պարիսպներից, որի արդյունքում այն հայտնվել էր բնակիչներից մեկի տնամերձում, ինքնակամ կառուցված պարիսպները նախարարության պահանջով քանդվել են, շինհրապարակը՝ պատշաճ կահավորվել:
