Քուրդիստանի համայնքների միություն (KCK) կազմակերպության գործադիր խորհրդի համանախագահ Ջեմիլ Բայըքը հունվարի 12-ին Ստամբուլում մահապարտի կողմից իրագործված պայթյունի հետ կապված հայտարարել է, որ դա «Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական խմբավորման կողմից իրականացվել է Թուրքիայի ազգային հետախուզական ծառայության (MIT) ուղղորդմամբ:  

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Yeni Özgür Politika եւ Azadiya Welat պարբերականների այսօրվա համարում տեղ գտած «Նոր ցեղասպան գաղութատիրություն» վերնագրով հոդվածում, մեկնաբանելով Ստամբուլի կենտրոնական Սուլթանահմեթ հրապարակում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական պայթյունը, որի հետեւանքով 10 մարդ զոհվել, 15-ն էլ վիրավորվել են, Բայըքն ասել է, որ հարձակումը «MIT-ի գործն է»:

«Ինչպես MIT-ի ղեկավար Հաքան Ֆիդանն ասում էր «Թուրքիայից հռթիռներ կարձակենք Սիրիայի վրա», Սուլթանահմեթի կոտորածն դրա նման մի բան է: Այն, որ պայթյունից անմիջապես հետո պաշտոնապես հայտարարվեց, որ դա ԻՊ-ն է իրագործել, եւ մամուլին արգելվեց լուսաբանել իրադարձությունը, իրականությունը թաքցնելու համար արվեց», -ասել է նա:

Բայըքի խոսքով` ԻՊ-ի մեջ MIT-ն ազդեցիկ է, եւ հենց նախագահական պալատից է ուղղորդվել այն:

«Թուրքիայի իշխող` «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցությունը (AKP) Սիրիայի եւ տարածաշրաջանային քաղաքականության մեջ շատ էր քննադատվել, քանի որ երեւում էր որպես ԻՊ-ի հետ համագործակցության մեջ գտնվող եւ ԻՊ-ի գոյությունն ապահովող երկիր: Դա արվեց, որպեսզի բարձրացնեն AKP-ի հեղինակությունը եւ ապահովեն նրա հետ Եվրոպայի ու ԱՄՆ-ի համագործակցությունը: Այդ կոտորածով աշխատեցին եւ’ կարգավորել հեղինակությունը, եւ ստանալ քրդերի ազատագրական շարժումը ճնշելու պատերազմում այդ երկրների աջակցությունը: Ակնհայտ է, որ կոտորածը ծրագրվել է նախագաական պալատում եւ իրագործվել ԻՊ-ի միջի MIT-ի կողմից», -հայտարարել է նա:
