Կրթության նոր չափորոշիչը ներդրվեց մեր երկրի ամենաբարդ ժամանակահատվածում՝ 2021 թվականի փետրվարին՝ հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակում։

Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում 2024 թվականի բյուջեի ծրագրի քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը։

«Կրթական չափորոշիչների ներդրման գործընթացը, ներկա հնարավորություններով, տվել է աշակերտների կրթական արդյունքների ավելացում ավելի քան կես տարով։ Մեր կրթական արդյունքը, որ ձևավորվել էր տարիների ընթացքում, բերել էր մի իրավիճակի, որ մեր երեխաները սովորել են 12 տարի, բայց իրենց կրթական արդյունքը, որ ստանում էին, կարող էին ստանալ ընդամենը 8 տարում»,- ասաց նախարարը։

Վերջինիս խոսքով կրթական ոլորտում արդեն ունեն չափորոշիչների ներդրման արդյունքները՝ չնայած այդ բոլոր դժվարություններին։

«Դասագրքերի ոլորտում աղմուկը շատ է, որովհետև տարիների մոնոպոլիա է գործել։ Մի դասագրքի համար մենք տարիներ շարունակ մեկ տպագրության համար վճարել ենք 1044 դրամ, դասագրքի ստեղծման, փորձարկման, տպագրության համար այս տարվա արդյունքում վճարում ենք ընդամենը 741 դրամ։

Սա հետևանք է նրա, որ դաշտը ազատականացվել է, հայտվել են նոր մասնակցներ և մենք կարողացել ենք իրավիճակի փոփոխության հասնել։ Բովանդակության վրա կաշխատենք, անհոգ եղեք, ամեն ինչ միանգամից չի լինում, 30 տարվա խնդիրները միանգամից չեն լուծվում, բայց այն, որ դրանք սկսվել են լուծվել և կրթության ոլորտում դրանք տվել են իրենց արդյունքները, ավելի քան ակնհայտ է»,- ասաց Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը։
