Արարատ Միրզոյանը Լոնդոնի Միջազգային հարաբերությունների թագավորական ինստիտուտում ներկայացրել է «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը

Նոյեմբերի 14-ին Lոնդոնի Միջազգային հարաբերությունների թագավորական ինստիտուտում (Chatham House) կայացել է հանդիպում-քննարկում պաշտոնական այցով Լոնդոնում գտնվող Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է հարցերի լայն շրջանակ՝ թե՛ ՀՀ-ՄԹ հարաբերությունների տիրույթում, թե՛ տարածաշրջանային զարգացումների համատեքստում:
Նախարար Միրզոյանը հանգամանալից անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական առաջնահերթություններին, տարածաշրջանային վերջին զարգացումներին, ինչպես նաև միջազգային հարթակներում ՀՀ ներգրավվածությանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցերի:
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը հանդիպման մասնակիցների ուշադրությանն է ներկայացրել Հարավային Կովկասում կայունության և անվտանգության հաստատման, հարևանների հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցում ՀՀ դիրքորոշումը, ինչպես նաև այդ ուղղությամբ ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից մշակված «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծի ընձեռած հնարավորությունները:
Խոսելով Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի մասին և վերահաստատելով Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը խաղաղության օրակարգին՝ ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ հայկական կողմի մոտեցումները հիմնականում արտահայտված են Գրանադայում ընդունված քառակողմ հայտարարության մեջ արձանագրված սկզբունքներում: Նախարարն ընդգծել է այդ սկզբունքների հիման վրա խաղաղության գործընթացը շարուբակելու Ադրբեջանի անվերապահ հանձնառության և միջազգային գործընկերների ամուր աջակցության կարևորությունը:
Միջոցառման օրակարգում են եղել նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրականացված էթնիկ զտումների հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, 100 հազարից ավել բռնի տեղահանված և փասատացի հայրենազրկված հայերի առաջնային կարիքբերի և իրավունքների հասցեագրմանը վերաբերող հարցերը:
