ԿԽՄԿ-ն այցելել է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից ձերբակալված հայերին

Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն նոյեմբերի սկզբին այցելել է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից ձերբակալված հայերի մի մասին։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ԿԽՄԿ պատվիրակության հաղորդակցման ղեկավար Զառա Ամատունին։
«Մենք շարունակում ենք տեսակցել բոլոր այն հայ անձանց, որոնք ձերբակալվել են Ադրբեջանում և որոնց անունները հաստատվել են Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից։ Խոսքն այն անձանց մասին է, որոնք ձերբակալվել են և գտնվում են Ադրբեջանում 2020 թվականից ի վեր, 2021 թվականի, ինչպես նաև 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ի սրացումների հետևանքով։ Տեսակցությունները պարբերական բնույթ են կրում: Օգտվելով դրանից՝ հնարավորություն ենք տալիս նրանց կապ պահպանել ընտանիքների հետ»,-ասաց Զառա Ամատունին։
Նա նշեց, որ հոկտեմբերին ԿԽՄԿ-ն Բաքվում տեսակցել է նրանց մի մասին, իսկ այս ամսվա սկզբին առաջին անգամ տեսակցել է սեպտմեբերի 19-ի ռազմական գործողությունների առնչությամբ ձերբակալված հայերին, որոնց մասին հաստատումները կազմակերպությունը ստացել է վերջերս։
Նրա խոսքով, տեսակցություններն անցնում են առանձնազրույցի ձևաչափով, որի ընթացքում յուրաքանչյուր անձի հետ քննարկվում են իրեն վերաբերող հարցերը, խնդիրները։ ԿԽՄԿ-ի աշխատակիցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում է լինում բոլոր անձանց առողջական վիճակը, նրանց պահման պայմանները։ Այդ ամենը դիտարկվում են ինչպես առանձնազրույցների, այնպես էլ բոլոր հնարավոր տարածքներով շրջայցերի միջոցով։
«Ինչ վերաբերում է այդ նկատառումներին և, թե ինչպես ենք մենք հետևողական դրանց, ապա սա արդեն փակ տեղեկություններ են և անմիջապես քննարկվում են տեղի իշխանությունների հետ։ Տեսակցությունների նպատակն այն է, որ կարողանանք տեսնել, թե ինչ վիճակում են նրանք գտնվում, ինչի կարիք ունեն և եթե կարող ենք նաև մենք աջակցել, որ այդ կարիքները հնարավոր լինի պատշաճ կերպով հասցեագրել։ Նշեմ, որ մենք չենք բարձրաձայնում դրա մասին հանրային հարթակում։ Դա մեզ թույլ է տալիս առավելապես բաց կերպով քննարկել այդ հարցերն այն պատկան մարմինների հետ, որոնք պատասխանատու են այս անձանց համար»,-ասաց Զառա Ամատունին։
