ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, մեկնաբանելով ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելու Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարումը, ասաց, որ եթե այդպես է, ապա մնում է միայն ափսոսանք հայտնել, քանի որ նման հանդիպումները լավ առիթ են դիրքորոշումները հստակեցնելու համար։

Այս մասին փոխանցում է  «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»:

«Եթե դա իսկապես այդպես է, ապա մենք կարող ենք ափսոսանք հայտնել, հասկանում ենք, որ յուրաքանչյուր կառավարության ղեկավար կամ պետության ղեկավար կարող է ունենալ իր միջոցառումերը իր աշխատանքային գրաֆիկում, իր հանգամանքները, բայց մենք կարող ենք միայն ափսոսանք հայտնել, քանի որ նման հանդիպումները կարծիքներ փոխանակելու, դիրքորոշումներ հստակեցնելու շատ լավ առիթ են»,- լրագրողներին ասել է Պեսկովը՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչպես են Կրեմլում ընկալում Փաշինյանի որոշումը և ինչպես են գնահատում Հայաստանի՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու հավանականությունը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի հետ:

Հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում քննարկվել են ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի՝ նոյեմբերի 23-ին Բելառուսի մայրաքաղաք Մինսկում կայանալիք նիստի կազմակերպման հետ կապված հարցեր:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը Բելառուսի նախագահին տեղեկացրել է, որ չի կարողանա մասնակցել նիստին և հույս հայտնել, որ ՀԱՊԿ գործընկերներն ըմբռնումով կվերաբերվեն այդ որոշմանը:
