«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
iz.ru-ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանը սրընթաց փոխում է իր աշխարհաքաղաքական ուղղվածությունը, Երևանը հեռանում է Ռուսաստանից և նվազագույնի է հասցրել աշխատանքները ՀԱՊԿ և ԱՊՀ շրջանակներում: Միաժամանակ Հայաստանը մոտենում է ԱՄՆ-ին և ԵՄ-ին, այդ թվում՝ մեծացնում է ռազմական համագործակցությունը։ Այսպիսով, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը համաձայնության է եկել ֆրանսիական զենք գնելու հարցում և ցանկանում է ներգրավել ամերիկացի մասնագետների՝ իր բանակը բարեփոխելու համար։ «iz.ru»-ն փորձել է հասկանալ, թե հետո ի՞նչ սպասել Երևանից: Ըստ ՄԳԻՄՕ-ի Կովկասյան հիմնախնդիրների և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության կենտրոնի առաջատար գիտաշխատող Նիկոլայ Սիլաևի, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը հետևողականորեն փչացնում է հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ։
«Մենք լսում ենք Հայաստանի ղեկավարության բազմաթիվ հայտարարություններ, տեսնում ենք հանդիպումներ և այցեր, լայնածավալ հակառուսական տեղեկատվական արշավ պետական և իշխանամետ լրատվամիջոցներում։ Սակայն աշխարհաքաղաքական այդ շրջադարձը դեռևս ինստիտուցիոնալացված չէ։ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ից, ԵԱՏՄից դուրս գալու կամ Ռուսաստանի հետ երկկողմ համաձայնագրերը խզելու խնդիր չի դրել»,- ընդգծել է «iz.ru»-ի զրուցակիցը։ Նա նաև հավելել է, որ Փաշինյանի և իր թիմի վերջնական նպատակը դժվար է հասկանալ: «Հնարավոր է՝ Հայաստանն ավելացնում է շփումները Արևմուտքի հետ Ռուսաստանին սադրելու և Մոսկվայից լրացուցիչ նախապատվություններ ստանալու համար։ Հնարավոր է նաև, որ Փաշինյանի թիմը Մոսկվային սուր արձագանքի է հրահրում հարաբերությունների հետագա վատթարացման պատրվակ ստանալու ու պառակտումն իսկապես խորացնելու համար։ Երրորդ տարբերակն էլ այն է, որ Երևանը նման փնթի ձևով շոշափում է հողը Արևմուտքի ոտքերի տակ, փորձում է ինչ-որ բան ստանալ ԱՄՆից ու ԵՄ-ից»,- ասել է Սիլաևը։
Հայ քաղաքագետ Արման Աբովյանն էլ այն կարծիքին է, որ Փաշինյանի թիմը ձգտում է Հայաստանը պոկել Ռուսաստանից։ «Երկրի ներկա ղեկավարությունը երբեք չի թաքցրել իր արևմտամետ ուղղվածությունը։ Համոզված եմ, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում հարցեր կբարձրացվեն ՀԱՊԿ-ից, ԱՊՀ-ից և եվրասիական այլ կառույցներից դուրս գալու վերաբերյալ։ Հիմա հող է նախապատրաստվում, հանրային կարծիքն է ձևավորվում համապատասխան քայլերի համար»,- պնդել է նա «iz.ru»-ի հետ զրույցում։
