«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, այս տարվա օգոստոսի 24-ին և 25-ին Հայաստանում անցկացվեց Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստը: Հայաստանյան տեղեկատվական հարթակներում բավական շատ քննարկվեց նիստի անցկացման վայրը: Ենթադրելի է, որ թեմայի նկատմամբ նման ուշադրության պատճառն այն է, որ խոսքը Ծաղկաձորի «Գոլդեն Փելես» հյուրանոցի մասին է, որը պատկանում է գործարար Նարեկ Նալբանդյանին, որին լրատվամիջոցները տևական ժամանակ որակում են որպես իշխանության «սրտի գործարար»։

«Հետքի» մեր գործընկերները հարցում էին ուղարկել ԱԳՆ՝ պարզելու, թե ինչու է ընտրվել հենց այս` պաշտոնապես դեռ չբացված հյուրանոցը: «Հիշատակված միջոցառման վայրի ընտրությունը պայմանավորված էր այն հանգամանքով, որ տվյալ հյուրանոցում առկա են նման մեծամասշտաբ միջոցառում կազմակերպելու համար անհրաժեշտ շենքային պայմաններ՝ նիստերի մեծ դահլիճ, դիմավորման պաշտոնական արարողության համար համապատասխան սրահ, մամուլի կենտրոնի համար համապատասխան տարածք և այն։ Տարածքի անվտանգության ապահովման տեսանկյունից ևս հյուրանոցը գտնվում է բարենպաստ դիրքում»,- պարզաբանել է ԱԳՆ պաշտոնյան։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, պակաս դեր չի խաղացել նաև ռուսական կողմի նախընտրությունը: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, բացի շենքային համապատասխան պայմաններից, նիստի անցկացման վայրի ընտրության վրա որոշակի ազդեցություն է ունեցել նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ Ռուսաստանի կառավարության ղեկավար Միխայիլ Միշուստինը և Նարեկ Նալբանդյանը որոշակի կապեր ունեն։
