«Առաջին լրատվական»-ի զրուցակիցն է ՀՀ փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի միության նախագահ, Երևանի ավագանու անդամ Նաիրա Նահապետյանը:

–Տիկի՛ն Նահապետյան, էլէներգիայի սակագնի հնարավոր բարձրացումը հերթական բողոքի ալիքն է բարձրացրել։ ՀԷՑ-ի ներկայացրած թվերի ու փաստարկների հետ կապված մտահոգություն չունե՞ք։ Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում հնարավոր թանկացման որոշումը։

-Խիստ բացասական եմ գնահատում, և ես չեմ պատկերացնում՝ կլինի՞ որևէ մեկը, որ դրական կարձագանքի թանկացմանը։

-Վանաձորի քաղաքապետը, օրինակ, ասում է, որ էլէներգիայի թանկացման որոշումն իր համար դրական է, եթե կառավարությունը նման անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում։

-Սա թողնենք նրա քննարկմանը։ Ես բացասական եմ գնահատում որևէ տիպի թանկացում և ամենակարևորը՝ էլէկտրաէներգիայի, քանի որ էներգետիկ ճգնաժամ կարող է սկսվել, ինչը անմիջական ազդեցություն կունենա թե՛ արտադրության վրա, թե՛ բնակչության համար բավականին ծանր բեռ կլինի։

-Դավիթ Հարությունյանը օրերս նշեց, որ գողության և անարդյունավետ կառավարման համար չպետք է սպառողը վճարի։ Կիսո՞ւմ եք այս տեսակետը։

-Ես չեմ ընդունում, որ սա միայն գողություն է, կոռուպցիա։ Քանի որ մոտ եմ կանգնած ոլորտին, կարող եմ ասել, որ դեռ նախորդ տարիներից՝ ցանցերը վնասով են աշխատում, ինչին  նպաստել  են վերանորոգման նպատակով ատոմակայանի աշխատանքների  ժամանակավոր դադարեցումը, նաև անցյալ տարվա սակավաջուր լինելը, որի հետևանքով էլ հիդրոէլեկտրակայանները չաշխատեցին իրենց ամբողջ հզորությամբ: Այդ ամենի արդյունքում բավականին մեծ վարկային և ֆինանսական ճգնաժամ է ստեղծվել  Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերում, ինչի  արդյունքում էլ թանկացումը այս ամենի հետևանքը դարձավ:

-Երեկ Երվանդ  Զախարյանը նշեց, որ 17 դրամով չի թանկանա էլեկտրաէներգիան։ Առհասարակ որևէ դրամ թանկացում անընդունելի՞ է Ձեզ համար։

-Ե՛վ որպես արտադրող, և՛ որպես սպառող  չեմ ուզում  50  դրամ  վճարել  հոսանքի  դիմաց, սակայն  վստահ եմ՝  կկատարվեն  հիմնավորված հաշվարկներ, որոնք թույլ կտան շտկել ստեղծված իրավիճակը մոտակա ժամանակահատվածում:
