Ինչու են մարդիկ գիրանում: Կարծես թե միակ պատճառն այն է, որ նրանք շատ են ուտում եւ չեն մարզվում: Սակայն սա խնդրի շատ փոքր մասն է: Իրականում բազմաթիվ են այն դեպքերը, երբ մարդիկ դիետա են պահում, իրենց տանջում ֆիզիկական վարժություններով, սակայն արդյունք չկա: Կան մի շարք անսպասելի պատճառներ, որոնք թույլ չեն տալիս մեզ նիհարել, որոնք են դրանք:

Չափազանց քիչ սնունդ

Թվում է, թե սա անտրամաբանական է, սակայն երբ մարդիկ սկսում են դիետաներ պահել, մի շարք կարեւոր վիտամիններից են զրկվում, որոնք օգնում են նյութափոխանակությանը: Բացի այդ, օրգանիզմը, վախենալով սնունդ չստանալով, սկսում է կուտակել ճարպը նույնիսկ այն քիչ սնունդից, որ մենք ստանում ենք:

Քնի պակասն ու սթրեսը հանգեցնում են գիրության, քնաի որ դրանց հետեւանքով մարդ սկսում է սովորականից ավելի շատ ուտել:

Թույլ վահանաձեւ գեղձ

Երբ վահանաձեւ գեղը դանդաղ է կատարում իր ֆունկցիաներն օրգանիզմում, մարդու նյութափոխանակությունը խանգարվում է, եւ նա սկսում է գիրանալ:

Ալկոհոլ

Ալկոհոլը գիրացնում է, նույնիսկ մեկ բաժակ ալկոհոլը մեծ կալորիականություն ունի: Գենոմոդիֆիկացված սնունդ Արհեստական հավելումներով սնունդը եւս նպաստում է ճարպակալմանը:

Իրականում գիտնականները պարզել են, որ օրգանիզմին անհրաժետ է, որպեսզի լինի 18 աստիճան տաքություն: Եվ երբ տաք ենք հագնվում, օրգանիզմը պաշտպանվում է` ճարպեր կուտակելով:
