ՀՀԿ-ն մեր ժողովրդի մի մասն է, սակայն նրա մտածողության ամբողջական կրողը, որովհետև չնչին բացառություններով ով էլ այսօր ոտք դնի իշխանության միջանցքը՝ կվերածվի ամենաիսկական հհկականի:
ՀՀԿ-ից ազատվելու համար կա երկու ճանապարհ՝ վիրահատականը, այսինքն՝ հեղափոխությունը, ինչը ոչ մի ձևով գլուխ չի գալիս, և ներքևից պարտադրված բարեփոխումները, ինչը մենք աչքաթող ենք անում: Որովհետև այդ պարտադրանքը ոչ միայն ընդդիմադիր շարժումներն են, ինչը մեզանում այս կամ այն կերպ ստացվում է, այլև ավելի մեծ չափով տեղական ընտրություններին ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների ակտիվ մասնակցությունը և հհկականներին աստիճանաբար ավագանու և համայնքապետերի աթոռներից դուրս մղումը, ինչը մենք անընդհատ արհամարհում ենք:
Դա հենց այն բանալին է, ինչը մեզ մեծ հաշվով կհասցնի հաղթանակի, և զարմանալիորեն դրա մասին մեզ անընդհատ հուշում են հենց հհկականները, սակայն դա մենք կրկին չենք գիտակցում: Որովհետև եթե չես կարողանում Սերժի դեմ կռիվ տալ ու հաղթել նրան՝ դա դեռ չի նշանակում, թե չես կարող հաղթել առանձին վերցված որևէ գյուղում, սակայն եթե առանձին վերցված որևէ գյուղում չես կարողանա հաղթել որևէ հհկականի, ապա ինչպես կարող ես հաղթել դրանց բազմությանը...
