Փաշինյանը շահագրգիռ է, որ վերացնի Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտները

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են, որպեսզի լիովին վերացնեն Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտները։ Երեկ խորհրդարանում ֆինանսաբյուջետային հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նիստում պատգամավոր Գևորգ Պապոյանը, որը համատեղությամբ նաև «Քաղպայմանագրի» վարչության փոխնախագահն է հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի պետական բյուջեում Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների պահպանման համար որևէ գումար նախատեսված չէ, իսկ ֆինանսների նախարարն էլ հայտնել է, թե բյուջեում ազատված միջոցներն օգտագործվելու են Արցախից բռնի տեղահանվածների սոցիալական և այլ կարիքների լուծման համար։
Ընդ որում Պապոյանի չափազանց կտրուկ և լկտի արձագանքը վկայում է, որ գործող իշխանություններն իրենք են ամեն ինչ անում՝ փորձելով խեղդել Արցախից տեղահանված իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներին, նրանց պարտադրել ընդունել իրենց խաղի կանոնները և ամբողջությամբ ինքնալուծարվել։
Նման քայլով Փաշինյանն առնվազն երկու հարց է լուծում, առաջինը դա Ադրբեջանին հաճոյանալն է, Ալիևը դեռևս այս տարվա մայիսին հայտարարում էր, թե Արցախի իշխանությունները պետք է լուծարվեն, իսկ խորհրդարանը ցրեն։ Արցախի ամբողջ տեղահանությունից հետո, իշխանությունների մեծ մասը տեղափոխվել է Հայաստան, միայն նախկին նախագահներն ու ԱԺ նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանն են գտնվում ադրբեջանցիների ձեռքում։ Եվ, այժմ Արցախի լուծարման իրավական անհարթությունները հաշվի առնելով, կարելի է ասել, որ Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների պահպանումը կենսական անհրաժեշտություն է հայ ժողովրդի հետագա շահերն առաջ տանելու առումով, Փաշինյանին այդ կենսական անհրաժեշտությունը բնավ չի հուզում, մյուս կողմից գործող իշխանությունները մտավախություն ունեն, որ Արցախի տեղահանված իշխանությունները կարող են լուրջ այլընտրանք դառնալ իրենց ներքաղաքական պայքարում, մարտահրավեր նետել, կամ էլ միանան խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությանը, այդ դեպքում Փաշինյանի՝ առանց այն էլ խարխուլ աթոռը, ավելի կխարխլվի։
