Երեք տարի առաջ կնքվեց եռակողմ հայտարարությունը

Երեք տարի առաջ այս օրը Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների ստորագրությամբ ավարտվեց 44-օրյա պատերազմը, որն ահռելի վնասներ հասցրեց Արցախին և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։ Պաշտոնական տվյալներով հայկական կողմն Արցախում և Հայաստանում ունի 3850 զոհ։ Միայն այդ համաձայնագրով Արցախը կորցրեց 7 շրջանները, Հադրութը և Շուշին, իսկ այսօր, երեք տարի անց այլևս Արցախում հատուկենտ մարդիկ են ապրում։ 100 հազարից ավելի մարդիկ տեղափոխվել են Հայաստան, մինչ օրս չի կատարվել եռակողմ հայտարարության առանցքային կետերից մեկը՝ ռազմագերիների ազատ արձակումը, ընդհակառակը, Ադրբեջանն այդ հայտարարությունից հետո բազմաթիվ անձանց ևս գերի է վերցրել։
Փաշինյանական իշխանությունն այս տարիներին առաջ է մղել իր «խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» օրակարգը։ Օրումեջ տարբեր պատճառաբանություններ և հիմար փաստարկներ ներկայացնելով՝ փորձել է համոզել, թե կարող է խաղաղության հասնել տարածաշրջանում։
Երեք տարի անց կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ Փաշինյանի խաղաղության օրակարգը լիովին ձախողվել է, իսկ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է հավակնություններ ունենալ այս անգամ էլ Հայաստանի տարածքի նկատմամբ։
Երեկ Ստեփանակերտում տեղի ունեցած խայտառակ շքերթից հետո Ալիևը ելույթ է ունեցել, կրկին հոխորտացել, ծաղրել Հայաստանի իշխանություններին և հայտարարել, թե չեն ցանկանում պատերազմի շարունակություն, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն նախօրեին հայտարարություն էր տարածել և նշել, որ Հայաստանը մինչ օրս չի վերադարձրել Ադրբեջանին պատկանող 8 գյուղերը՝ անկլավները։
Մի շարք միջազգային փորձագետներ էլ ահազանգ են հնչեցնում, որ ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսումը լիովին հնարավոր է։ Այս պարագայում երկրի ղեկին ունենալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա վարչախմբի պես իշխանություններ առնվազն արհավիրքի նախերգանք են հիշեցնում։
Օր առաջ պետք է ազատվել փաշինյանական վարչախբից և ազգային իշխանությամբ փորձել վերականգնել Հայաստանի սասանված հնարավորությունները։
