«Հաղթանակ» կամրջի գեղարվեստական լուսավորության արդիականացման համար Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և «Ավետիսյան Շին Մոնտաժ» ընկերության միջև համաձայն գնումների օրենսդրության, 2023 թվականի հունիսի 13-ին կնքվել է աշխատանքների կատարման վերաբերյալ պայմանագիր:
2023 թվականի հուլիսի 4-ին ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության գիտամեթոդական խորհրդին է ներկայացվել «Հաղթանակ» կամրջի գեղարվեստական լուսավորության արդիականացման էսքիզային տարբերակը, որը խորհրդի կողմից ստացել է դրական եզրակացություն:
Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի մամուլի խոսնակ Հայկ Կոստանյանը:
«Հարկ եմ համարում նշել, որ «Հաղթանակ» կամրջի գեղարվեստական լուսավորությունը պարունակում է 3 գույն՝ իր 1 մլն 600 հազար երանգներով:
Քանի որ կառույցն իր տեսակի մեջ համարվում է մայրաքաղաքի ամենաներկայանալի կամրջային կառուցվածքներից մեկը, իսկ զբոսաշրջության տեսանկյունից՝ քաղաքի կարևոր ճանապարհաշինական հանգույցներից, ընկերությունը պայմանագրի համաձայն պարտավորվել է ապահովել կամրջի գեղարվեստական տեսքը ժամանակակից լուսադիոդային լուծումներով:
Գաղափարը կյանքի կոչելու արդյունքում հնարավորություն կընձեռնվի յուրաքանչյուր օր, ինչպես նաև պետական տոնացույցով նախատեսված օրերին և մեր երկիր ժամանող պաշտոնական պատվիրակությունների այցերի ընթացքում կամուրջը ձևավորել տվյալ երկրների խորհրդանիշներով և համահունչ թեմատիկ այլ լուծումներով:
