Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը չի մասնակցելու այսօր Մոսկվայում կայանալիք ԱՊՀ երկրների անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարների հանդիպմանը։ ԱԽ քարտուղարի մամուլի խոսնակը հաստատել է տեղեկությունը, սակայն հրաժարվել ներկայացնել չմասնակցելու պատճառները։

Նույն Արմեն Գրիգորյանին ընդամենը մի քանի օր առաջ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան մեղադրում էր Մալթայում Ուկրաինայի առաջարկած «Խաղաղության բանաձևի» քննարկմանը մասնակցելու մեջ՝ դա «ցուցադրական հակառուսական ժեստ» անվանելով։

Տևական ժամանակ՝ առնվազն 2022 թվականի կեսերից սկսած, հայկական կողմը հնարավորինս խուսափում է մանակցել ՀԱՊԿ-ի և ԱՊՀ-ի գծով հանդիպումներին, այդ թվում ոչ միայն Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, այլ նաև արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը, պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը, վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Հայ ռուսական հարաբերություններում նման դեմարշները լրջագույն խնդիրներ են ստեղծում Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության համար, առավել ևս, երբ որ հայկական կողմը ընդամենը նեղացած դեռահասի տպավորություն է թողնում, հրաժարվելու դեպքում շատ ավելի արժանապատիվ կլիներ, եթե, օրինակ, նույն Արմեն Գրիգորյանը հայտարարեր, թե ինչո՞ւ է հրաժարվում մասնակցել Մոսկվայում կայանալիք հանդիպումից, մանրամասն ներկայացներ չմասնակցելու պատճառները և պատճառաբանությունները, փոխարենը, ընդամենը հայտարարելով, որ չեն մասնակցում և որևէ փաստարկ չներկայացնելով այդ կապակցությամբ ցույց են տալիս, որ պրակտիկ քաղաքականության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շահերի հետ բացարձակ որևէ կապ չունեն և կրկին առիթ են տալու Ռուսաստանին՝ հերթական քննադատությունների ալիքը տարածելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ։
