Ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված, որ բժշկական կենտրոններում աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը երբեմն ուշացվում են, ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում, դիմելով առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանին, ասաց պատգամավոր Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը։
«Հաճախ են դիմում նման հարցով, նույնիսկ լինում են դեպքեր, երբ երկար ամիսներ չեն վճարվում», - նշեց Հակոբյանը։
Հարցին ի պատասխան նախարար Ավանեսյանն ընդգծեց, որ ցանկացած կազմակերպություն պարտավոր է իր անձնակազմի աշխատավարձը ճիշտ ժամկետներում ամբողջովին վճարել, և աշխատակիցներն էլ պետք է իրենց աշխտանքային իրավունքները պաշտպանեն։
«Եթե կոնկրետ դեպք գիտեք, խնդրում եմ նշեք, կհասկանանք՝ ինչն է խնդիրը։ ԲԿ-ն իր ծախսերն ու եկամուտներն այնպես պետք է պլանավորի ու նախահաշիվները կազմի, որ աշխատավարձի որևէ ուշացում չլինի։ Ես շեշտեմ, որ պետպատվերի շրջանակներում ԲԿ-ները ֆինանսավորվում են րոպե առ րոպե՝ առանց որևէ ուշացման», - նշեց նախարարը։
Այս դիտարկմանն ի պատասխան պատգամավորը խնդրեց ուսումնասիրություն անցկացնել Ապարանի ԲԿ-ում՝ պարզելու, թե ինչն է պատճառը, որ բոլոր աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերն ուշացվում են և մարդիկ 3, 4 և նույնիսկ մինչև 6 ամիս աշխատավարձ չեն ստանում։
