Արտահանումների խթանման խնդիրը կառավարության օրակարգում է

Տիգրանուհի Դավթյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Նախօրեին կառավարությունը շարունակեց տեղական արտադրանքի արտահանման խթանման վերաբերյալ քննարկումները: Պատասխանատու գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները ներկայացրել են մի շարք առաջարկություններ՝ ստեղծվելիք արտահանման խթանման խորհուրդի գործունեության գերակա ուղղությունների, մեխանիզմների և գործիքակազմի վերաբերյալ: Հիշեցնեմ, որ կառավարություննը արտահանումների խթանման վերաբերյալ քննարկումները մեկնարկեց դեռ անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին, Ռուսաստանի կողմից Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու որոշումից բխող նոր հնարավորություններին արագ արձագանքելու նպատակով:
Հունվարի 4-ին կառավարությունը արդեն քննարկեց արտահանման խթանմանն ուղղված ծրագրերն ու քայլերը:
Արտահանումների խթանման միջոցով տեղական արտադրության աշխուժացման խնդիրը չափազանց կարևոր է տնտեսական աճի համար: Այս հարցում անհրաժեշտ է ինչպես գործարարների ակտիվությունը նոր շուկաների ու գործընկերների որոնման ու գործնական կապերի հաստատման գործում, այնպես էլ պետական միջամտությունը այդ գործընթացներին տարբեր մեխանիզմների և գործիքակազմերի միջոցով աջակցելու համար:
Ընդ որում, լավագույն պետական աջակցությունը կլինի ավելորդ, չարդարացված իրավակարգավորող մեխանիզմների վերանայման արդյունքում դրանց հնարավորինս կրճատումը, ինչպես նաև հարկային ու մաքսային քաղաքականության օպտիմալացումը, ճանապարհային ինֆրաստրուկտուրաների բարեկարգումը, մաքսակետերի աշխատանքների կանոնակարգումը:
Կարևոր է նաև տարբեր միջազգային ցուցահանդեսների, շնորհանդեսների միջոցով տեղական արտադրանքը ճանաչելի դարձնելուն ուղղված միջոցառումները: Վերջինս բավականին ծախսատար և բարդ է առանձին արտադրողների համար, հատկապես փոքր ձեռնարկությունների համար:
Տեղական արտադրողն էլ իր հերթին պետք է ջանքեր գործադրի գնային և որոկապես մրցունակ արտադրանք առաջարկելու համար:
Վարչապետը, ամփոփելով քննարկումը, հանձնարարել է ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների հիման վրա լրամշակել փաստաթուղթը և ներկայացնել ստորագրման:
