Մոսկվան Հռոմի ստատուտը շրջանցելու առաջարկ է արել Երևանին նախքան դրա վավերացումը․ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն արձագանքել է Հակոբ Արշակյանի հայտարարություններին

Նախքան Հայաստանի կողմից Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի Հռոմի կանոնադրությունը վավերացնելը Մոսկվան Երևանին այն շրջանցելու առաջարկ էր ներկայացրել։ Այս մասին «Лента.ру»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել է ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունը։
Հաղորդվում է, որ հարցումը վերաբերել է ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Հակոբ Արշակյանի այն հայտարարությանը, թե Հայաստանը դիվանագիտական խողովակներով Ռուսաստանին առաջարկել է երկկողմ միջպետական համաձայնագիր ստորագրել, որը կբացառի միջազգային դատարանի որոշումների կիրառումը երկու երկրներին վերաբերող հարցերում, սակայն այդպես էլ պատասխան չի ստացել:
«Դա չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը», - նշել են ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ում՝ շեշտելով, որ Մոսկվան պատասխանել է Երևանի առաջարկին։
«Երկկողմ խորհրդակցությունների ընթացքում ռուսական կողմը պատասխան առաջարկներ է ներկայացրել՝ գնալ ՄՔԴ մեխանիզմների գործարկման ճանապարհով՝ առանց Հռոմի կանոնադրության վավերացման: Նման պրակտիկա կա։ Ցավոք, մեր փոխզիջումային լուծումներն անտեսվել են», - հայտնել են ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ից։
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ում նաև հավելել են, որ Երևանը զուտ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով է Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացման մասին որոշում ընդունել։
«Եթե Երևանում շարունակում են շահագրգռված մնալ սեփական ձեռքերով ստեղծված խնդիրների լուծման հարցում, ապա, մեր կարծիքով, հայկական իրավական համակարգի շրջանակներում դրա հնարավորությունները կան»,- հավելել են ՌԴ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ վերոնշյալ հայտարարությունը ԱԺ փոխխոսնակն արել էր նոյեմբերի 2-ին՝ պատասխանելով «Ազատության» հարցին:
«Այսինքն՝ իրավական առումով մենք կարող ենք ունենալ երկկողմ համաձայանգիր, որը բացառում է միջազգային դատարանի որոշումների կիրառումը երկու երկրներին վերաբերող հարցերում։
Մենք դա առաջարկել ենք, արձագանք չենք ստացել, բայց դեռ ժամանակ կա մինչև ուժի մեջ մտնելը և հույս ունեմ, որ պրոգրես կլինի», - ասել էր Արշակյանը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ օրինակ Վաշինգտոնի հետ Երևանը նման համաձայնագիր ստորագրել է։
