«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ջանքերով Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների օրավուր վատթարացման դառը «պտուղները», կարծես, աստիճանաբար ի հայտ են գալիս: Խոսքը միայն տարածաշրջանային գլոբալ խնդիրներին չի վերաբերում, այլ նաև, այսպես կոչված, «կենցաղային» հարցերին: Ի մասնավորի, օրերս ՌԴ Պետդումայի մամուլի ծառայությունը տեղեկացրել է, որ Պետդումայի պատգամավորները որոշել են անորոշ ժամանակով հետաձգել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների՝ ձեռնարկատիրական և աշխատանքային գործունեություն իրականացնելիս ազգային վարորդական վկայականները ճանաչելու մասին օրինագծի քննարկումը:

Պաշտոնական պարզաբանումը, թե «ՀՀ կառավարությունը որևէ քայլ չի ձեռնարկել ռուսաց լեզվի կարգավիճակի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ», մեղմ ասած, համոզիչ չի թվում, որովհետև օրինագիծը, որով նախատեսվում էր որոշակի նախապատվություններ տալ Հայաստանին, առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունվել է 2022 թվականի հունիսին, և այն ժամանակ դա, կարծես, չի խանգարել։ Ուշագրավ է Դումայի տրանսպորտի և տրանսպորտի կառուցվածքի զարգացման հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Եվգենի Մոսկվիչևի պատճառաբանությունը, թե «այս նախաձեռնությունը ներկայում չի համապատասխանում Ռուսաստանի շահերին»: Խոսուն ձևակերպում է:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա իշխանությունն իրենց անհեռատես, չմտածված քայլերի, անհաշվենկատ արտաքին քաղաքականության պատճառով, փաստացի, հերթական վատությունն են անում հայ ժողովրդին: Այս դեպքում՝ Ռուսաստանում աշխատող մեր քաղաքացիներին, որոնք հայտնվում են բավական ծանր վիճակում: Ընդ որում, ոչ միայն այս հարցով: Այնինչ գաղտնիք չէ, որ բազմաթիվ հայաստանցիներ հենց ՌԴ-ում են աշխատում՝ ապահովելով իրենց ընտանիքներին, որոնք շատ դեպքերում հենց Հայաստանում են բնակվում:
