Արագ քայլերով՝ դեպի բռնապետություն

Տարիներ առաջ դեռ նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք ոստիկանությունն առաջարկում էր ավելացնել տեսախցիկների քանակը Հայաստանի ավտոճանապարհներին, նաև օրենքով թույլ տալ տեսախցիկներին լուսանկարել մեքենաների ներսում կատարվողը և վարորդներին տուգանել տարբեր իրավախախտումների՝ ասենք ծխելու, ամրագոտի չգցելու համար։ Հայաստանի նախկին իշխանությունները, անկախ նրանց նկատմամբ յուրաքանչյուրիս վերաբերմունքից, հասկացան, որ դա հակաօրինական է և չի կարելի իրականացնել անձնական տվյալների ապօրինի մշակում, հատկապես, որ մեքենայի ներսը մարդու անձնական տարածքն է։
Նման տեսախցիկներ առաջարկել են ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, Սահմանադրական դատարանի մակարդակով դրանք արգելվել են Գերմանիայում, չեն կիրառվում եվրոպական երկրների մեծ մասում, քանի որ դրանցով էլ իրականացվում է հենց անձնական տվյալների ապօրինի մշակումը։ Պարզվում է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքացին ոչ միայն տուգանքի մատերյալ է, այլ նաև նրա անձնական տվյալների ապօրինի յուրացման մատերյալ։ Գործող իշխանությունների սրտի ոստիկանությունը ցանկանում է հիմա էլ նման տեսախցիկներ շարել և համապատասխան օրինագիծ են ներկայացնելու առաջիկայում Ազգային ժողով։ Այն, որ Հայաստանը բավական արագ գնում է դեպի ոստիկանական բռնապետություն, որևէ մեկի մոտ այլևս կասկած չի հարուցում, նույնիսկ գործող իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց հերքումներում այնպիսի քմծիծաղով են ասում, որ ինքնստինքյան հաստատում են այս փաստը։
Երեկ ուշագրավ մի իրադարձության մասին էլ հայտնել է «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորման» ղեկավար Դանիել Իոնիսյանը, որը մասնակցել է 6 բարձրաստիճան ոստիկանների կամավոր ատեստավորման հարցազրույցին և, պարզվում է, որ ոստիկանության մի բաժնի պետ, որի ենթակաների ներկայությամբ և անգործությամբ օրերս կրիմինալ «ռազբորկա» է եղել, ում բաժնում գոռում են տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունները, ակնհայտորեն խաբում էր հանձնաժողովին, ատեստավորվել է, ընդ որում ատեստավորվել է բացառապես հանձնաժողովի ոստիկան ներկայացուցիչների քվեարկության արդյունքում, իսկ քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներին չի հաջողվել կանխել այս խայտառակությունը, քանի որ բաժնի պետի համար հրահանգը ստացել էր ամենավերևից։
