Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը երեկ հայտարարեց, թե ահաբեկչության նախապատրաստություն է բացահայտել։ Ըստ իշավապահների՝ խմբի արդեն կալանավորված 5 և ինքնությունը չպարզված այլ անձինք ծրագրեր են կազմալուծել իշխանության գործունեությանը՝ նախապատրաստելով պայթյուն և հանրության համար վտանգավոր արարք, թե կոնկրետ ինչ, ԱԱԾ-ն չի մանրամասնում։

Ահաբեկիչները, ըստ իրավապահների, պետք է զավթեին պետական նշանակության և այլ շինություններ՝ սպանելով քաղաքացիական անձի, որևէ մանրամասն չի նշվում, թե՛ հնարավոր թիրախի և թե՛ 5 կալանավորվածների վերաբերյալ, սակայն ԱԱԾ տեսանյութում տարածված որոշ ակնարկներ վկայում են, որ սա, ըստ ամենայնի, փաշինյանական իշխանության հերթական վատ խաղն է։ Մասնավորապես, իբր հրապարակված գաղտնալսումներից մեկում ակնհայտորեն զգացվում է արցախյան բարբառը, ինչը վկայում է, որ գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են հիմա էլ արցախցիների վրա ինչ որ դեպքեր կարել, Հայաստան տեղափոխված հարյուր հազարից ավելի արցախցիներին ահաբեկելու, նրանց հնարավոր ձերբակալություններով վախեցնելու նպատակով։

Առավել ևս, որ առաջին անգամը չէ, որ Հայաստանի հատուկ ծառայությունները տարբեր անձանց են ձերբակալում, շոու սարքում, դիմակներով տեսագրվում, ապա իզութոզով կորցնում բոլոր տեղեկությունները։

Գործող իշխանությունները ընդունակ են ոչ միայն բռնաճնշումների ենթարկելու իրենց հակառակորդներին, այլև նման «մուտիլովկաներ» անելու։ Սա թերևս Փաշինյանի կարծիքով լավագույն հնարավորությունն է ահաբեկելու սեփական ընդդիմախոսներին։

Ինչևէ, հույս ունենք, որ առաջիկայում այս դեպքի բոլոր մանրամասները հայտնի կդառնան, այլապես հանրությունը հերթական անգամ ականատեսը կդառնա վատ թատրոնի։
