ՊԵԿ-ը ներկայացրել է հոկտեմբերի 1-ից 31-ն իրականացված համալիր օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքները

ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն ներկայացնում է հոկտեմբերի 1-ից 31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության իրականացրած հարկային իրավախախտումների կանխման, խափանման և բացահայտման ուղղությամբ համալիր օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքները։
58 դեպքով արձանագրվել են առանց համապատասխան հաշվարկային փաստաթղթեր դուրս գրելու` ընդհանուր 29.620.464 ՀՀ դրամի ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքի պահանջների խախտումով ապրանքների տեղափոխման կամ մատակարարման դեպքեր: Հնարավոր տուգանքի գումարը կազմում է 70.996.762 ՀՀ դրամ։ Ցանկն՝ այստեղ։
23 դեպքով կազմվել են ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու վերաբերյալ արձանագրություններ։ Ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական եկամտի չափը կազմել է 157.799.600 ՀՀ դրամ: Հնարավոր տուգանքի գումարը կազմում է 80․010․450 ՀՀ դրամ: Ցանկն՝ այստեղ։
12 դեպքով արձանագրվել են լիցենզավորման կամ ծանուցման ենթակա գործունեությունն առանց լիցենզիայի կամ առանց ծանուցման իրականացնելու կամ առանց թույլտվության կամ առանց լիցենզիայի ընդերքը կամ բնական պաշարներն օգտագործելու խախտումներ։ Արձանագրված խախտումների գումարը կազմում է 194․990․000 ՀՀ դրամ։ Ցանկն՝ այստեղ։
