Ողջ համացանցը ողողված էր ՕԵԿ առաջնորդ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանի որդու` Դուբայում տեղի ունեցած հարսանեկան արարողության մասին տվյալներով: Ա. Բաղդասարյանի որդին հունիսին նշանադրվել էր «Բելաջիո» ռեստորանի սեփականատեր, երկար ժամանակ մաքսային համակարգում աշխատած Արմեն Ստեփանյանի դստեր՝ Մերիի հետ:
Հարսանեկան արարողությունը Դուբայում անցկացնելու մասին լուրեր վաղուց էին շրջանառվում, սակայն ՕԵԿ-ականներն ամեն կերպ հերքում էին դրանք` հայտարարելով, որ հարսանիքը վաղուց է եղել, մինչդեռ երեկ համացանցում հայտնված լուսանկարները հակառակի մասին են վկայում: Այն, որ հարսանեկան արարողությունը շքեղ է եղել, ոչ ոքի մոտ կասկած չի թողնում: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Դուբայում նման ճոխ միջոցառում կազմակերպելն էլ այնքան էլ էժան հաճույք չէ:
Դուբայի տարբեր տուրիստական գործակալությունների մատուցած ծառայություններից հնարավոր եղավ ճշտել, որ Դուբայում մեկ ժամով նավ վարձակալելու արժեքը տատանվում է 400-ից 1200 դոլարի սահմաններում: Եթե այդ ամենին գումարենք ճոխ հյուրասիրությունը, այլ վայելքները, հյուրերի տեղափոխությունը, ապա պարզ է դառնում, որ ծախսվել են աստղաբաշխական գումարներ։
