ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որդու՝ Լևոն Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական խմբի հայտարարությունը․

«Իրավական ժխտողականությունը հստակ է, իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն արգելափակված։
2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 22-ից սկիզբ առավ Լևոն Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ քրեական գործը: Այս ժամանակահատվածում տարբեր քրեական գործերից, որոնք ևս իրավական չէին, այս գործով նոր նշաձող սահմանվեց.

1) օբյեկտիվ տվյալի` տեսանյութերի հերքում, ոստիկանների ցուցմունքով, 2) բացառապես ոստիկանների ցուցմունքները, որոնք ուղիղ շահագրգիռ կողմ են, իրենց դեմ խոշտանգման դեպքով հաղորդման, հստակ տեսանյութի և Լևոն Քոչարյանի տուժողի կարգավիճակի պայմաններում` դիտարկվել են արդեն գրեթե 2 ամիս տևող կալանքի ռեժիմի հիմք, 3) քննչական մարմնի ջանասիրության ուղիղ բացակայություն և այդ փաստի ուղիղ անտեսում:

Նույն քննչականը կարող է 48 ժամում կատարել 10-ից ավելի վարույթային գործողություն, իսկ Լևոն Քոչարյանի կալանքի պայմաններում, գրեթե 2 ամսվա ընթացքում նույնիսկ 6 վարույթային գործողություն չի կատարվել:

Այս ամենը փաստում է, որ ապօրինի քրեական գործը և դրա շրջանակներում իրավունքների խախտման վերացումը հասնում է անհնարինության աստիճանի: Փաստացի այս և մի շարք այլ գործերով առաջանում է իրավունքների պաշտպանության անհնարինություն:
Նույնիսկ հատուկ վերանայման բողոքի բանավոր քննության իրավունքից է զրկված պաշտպանական կողմը:

Կասկածից վեր է, որ պարզապես նպատակ է դրվել ամեն կերպ կալանքի տևողությունը ձգել, առանց իրավական կամ նույնիսկ ձևական հիմքի:
Իրավական ժխտողականությունը հստակ է, իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն արգելափակված:
