Յունիբանկի աջակցությամբ Երևանում կայացավ FINTECH360 միջազգային համաժողովը

Հոկտեմբերի վերջին Երևանում տեղի ունեցավ FINTECH360 միջազգային համաժողովը, որում  տարբեր երկրներից ժամանած փորձագետներ քննարկեցին թվային փոխակերպման վերջին միտումներն ու լավագույն փորձը։
 
Համաժողովն անցկացվեց Յունիբանկի, Kwikpay վճարային համակարգի և NABIX ընկերության աջակցությամբ՝ Holiday Inn Yerevan Republic Square հյուրանոցի դահլիճում։
 
FINTECH360-ում ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկան ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի տեղակալ Արմեն Նուրբեկյանը, «Հայաստանի տեղեկատվական համակարգերի գործակալություն» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Ներսես Երիցյանը և Յունիբանկի Խորհրդի նախագահ Գագիկ Զաքարյանը։
 
Հաճախորդների վարքագծի և հավատարմության կառավարման թեման դարձավ ամենաարդիականն ու քննարկվածը համաժողովում։ FINTECH360-ի մասնակիցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում էին նաև բանկային էկոհամակարգերի զարգացումն ու BNPL ծառայությունները: Մասնակիցները քննարկեցին նաև, թե ինչպես են փոխվում բանկերը «բաց» ֆինանսների մոդելի վրա հիմնված նոր տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ, և ինչպիսին է լինելու բանկերի և ֆինտեխի դերը ապագայում:
 
Համաժողովի օրակարգում ներառված էին նաև այնպիսի թեմաներ, ինչպիսիք են մարդկային կապիտալի դերը պրոդուկտների ստեղծման գործում, հաճախորդի թվային պրոֆիլը և ինչպես կառուցել բանկային հաճախորդի օնբորդինգը, թվային պրոդուկտների UI/UX, ներդրումային տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման ժամանակակից միտումները, վենչուրային կապիտալը և նոր սերնդի ստարտափները, ներդրումների համար մոբյալ հավելվածները և բրոքերային ծառայությունների զարգացումը։
 
Kwikpay վճարային համակարգի նախագահ Շալվա Մելաձեն իր ելույթում ներկայացրեց վճարային համակարգերի ծառայությունների զարգացման հեռանկարները և Kwikpay մոբայլ հավելվածի հնարավորությունները՝ որպես ունիվերսալ և հարմար առցանց հարթակի։
 
Եվրասիական ֆոնդային բորսաների ֆեդերացիայի (FEAS) գլխավոր քարտուղար Կոնստանտին Սարոյանը վարեց «ESG-ն և անցումը կանաչ ֆինանսավորման, կլիմայի ֆինանսավորում» թեմայով պանելային քննարկումը, որին մասնակցեց նաև Յունիբանկի Վարչության նախագահ Մեսրոպ Հակոբյանը։ Նա ներկայացրեց Յունիբանկի փորձը ESG-ի վերափոխման ճանապարհին, ընդգծելով բոլոր երեք ուղղությունների՝ Еnvironmental, Social, Governance,  համակարգված զարգացման կարևորությունը:
 
FINTECH360-ին մասնակցեցին բանկերի, վճարային համակարգերի, ֆինտեխ ընկերությունների, ստարտափների, մասնագիտացված ասոցիացիաների շուրջ 200 ներկայացուցիչներ։ Հագեցած գործնական օրակարգը շարունակվեց մշակութային ծրագրով, որը ներառում էր էքսկուրսիաներ Հայաստանում և ազգային ուտեստների ու ընմպելիքների համտեսում։
