Երկիրը ծանր վիճակում է, իսկ իշխանությունն ավելացնում է սեփական ծախսերը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը գտնվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում, սակայն փաշինյանական վարչախումբը ծախսերը կրճատելու, անվտանգության, 100 հազարավոր արցախցիների կարիքները հոգալու փոխարեն, ընդհակառակը, զբաղված է սեփական աշխատակազմերի ֆինանսավորումը մեծացնելով։
Երեկ հայտնի է դարձել, որ 2024 թվականին վարչապետի աշխատակազմի պահման ծախսերը կավելանան 4,7 միլիարդ դրամով։ Ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը նշել է, թե վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ընդհանուր ծախսերը կկազմեն 24 միլիարդ 572 միլիոն դրամ և դրանից 3,8 միլիարդը կհատկացվի կապիտալ ծախսերին, 20,77 միլիարդը՝ ընթացիկ։
2018 թվականից հետո վարչապետի աշխատակազմը պարբերաբար վերանորոգումներ է իրականացնում Հանրապետության Հրապարակում գտնվող շենքում և եկող տարի ևս գրեթե 9,5 միլիոն դոլար նման նպատակների համար հատկացնելն առնվազն բյուջեի վատնում է, թերևս հենց այդտեղ են գտել ամենահարմար տարբերակը գումարներ փոշիացնելու։ Կավելանա նաև նախագահի աշխատակազմի պահման ծախսերը, ի տարբերություն վարչապետի աշխատակազմի, ոչ այնքան շատ, ընդամենը 3 միլիոն դրամով։
Ի դեպ, ներկայացնելով վարչապետի աշխատակազմի բյուջետային հայտը, աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալը հայտարարել է, թե Սնուփ Դոգի համերգի կազմակերպումը կենսական անհրաժեշտություն էր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։ Ըստ Արմենակ Խաչատրյանի՝ չափազանց կարևոր է ամերիկացի թմրամոլ երգչի համերգը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Սնուփ Դոգի համերգը պետք է կայանար սեպտեմբերի 23-ին, սակայն հետաձգվեց, կառավարությունը 2,3 միլիարդ դրամ է հատկացրել, որն ամբողջությամբ փոխանցվել է երգչին, և նա էլ խոստացել է, որ երբ ազատ լինի, կգա և կերգի Հայաստանում, սակայն որևէ ֆինանսական և իրավական պարտականություն այլևս չունի Հայաստանի առջև։
Հսկայական այդ գումարների փոշիացումը վկայում է, որ գործող իշխանություններին առանձնապես չի հետաքրքրում երկրի անվտանգային և տնտեսական վիճակը, նրանց համար թիվ 1 կարևորության խնդիրը սեփական իշխանության երկարաձգումն է և իշխանական կերակրատաշտը քերելը։
