Ակբա բանկը շարունակում է Հայաստանում զարգացնել «կանաչ» ֆինանսավորման գործիքները

Հայաստանում «Կայուն զարգացման» օրակարգը (Sustainable development) մշտապես գտնվում է Ակբա բանկի ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ «Կայուն զարգացման» գլխավոր նպատակը մարդկային կյանքի որակի ապահովումն է։

Ակբան հիմնադրման պահից միշտ հետևողական է եղել հասարակության կայուն զարգացմանը, ինչի արդյունքում բանկը նպաստում է Հայաստանում սոցիալական և շրջակա միջավայրերի զարգացմանն ու պահպանմանը։

Արդյունքում, Ակբա բանկը նորարար լուծումներով  անդադար զարգացնում է տրամադրվող ֆինանսական, հատկապես՝ «կանաչ» ֆինանսավորման ծառայությունները՝ ի նպաստ Հայաստանի և Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման։

Այժմ Ակբա բանկում ընթանում է տրանսֆորմացիոն գործընթաց, որի արդյունքում 2024 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում Ակբան ցանկանում է ներկայացնել «կանաչ» ֆինանսավորման նոր գործիքներ, ինչպես նաև կմեկնարկի «կանաչ» պարտատոմսերի թողարկման գործընթաց։

Ներկա դրությամբ ևս Ակբան հնարավորություն է ընձեռում օգտվել «կանաչ» ֆինանսավորման բազմաթիվ գործիքներից, ինչպիսիք են առևտրի ֆինանսավորման պրոդուկտները, «կանաչ» բիզնես վարկերը, արևային կայանների և ջրատաքացուցիչների համար տրամադրվող վարկերը, համայնքի էներգոարդյունավետ ծրագրերը, ինչպես նաև Ակբա բանկի մասնաճյուղերից  հնարավոր է օգտվել Ակբա ֆինանսական խմբի անդամ Ակբա Լիզինգի Green լիզինգ ենթաբրենդի պրոդուկտներից։

«Ակբա բանկը կարևորում է շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանությունն ու զարգացումը։ Մենք դեռևս 2011 թվականին Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի (IFC) հետ համատեղ մշակել և վարկավորման գործընթացներում ներդրել ենք «Սոցիալական և շրջակա միջավայրի ռիսկերի» կառավարման համակարգ (ՍՇՄ)։ Վերջինս ինքնաշխատ է, ելակետային տվյալների հիման վրա վարկերը դասակարգում է ըստ ՍՇՄ ռիսկ դասի։ Վարկառուների կողմից վերջինիս խախտման դեպքում բանկը հետ է «կանչում» վարկը։ Սա հստակ ցուցիչ է, որ Ակբան բարձր է գնահատում Հայաստանում սոցիալական և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանությունը։ Սա նաև մեզ համար մոտիվացիա է, որպեսզի անդադար զարգացնենք «կանաչ» ֆինանսավորման գործիքները»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի բիզնես գործառույթների համակարգման գծով գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Արսեն Մելքոնյանը։

Ակբա բանկն այժմ միակ ֆինանսական կառույցն է Հայաստանում, որ ֆինանսավորում է համայնքների էներգախնայող միջոցառումները։ 

Բանկը հետևողական է և կարևորում է կայուն զարգացումը թե՛ ներքին, թե՛ արտաքին գործառույթներում, որի վառ օրինակն է Ծովակալ Իսակովի պողոտայում կառուցվող Ակբա բանկի նոր գլխամասային գրասենյակը, որը կառուցվում է LEED Gold ստանդարտի համաձայն և պատրաստ կլինի 2025թ.-ին։
