Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Կադիրովն ասել է, որ եթե ինչ-որ մեկը երկրում անկարգություններ սկսի, պետք է բերման ենթարկվի, իսկ եթե իրավապահների արձակած երեք նախազգուշական կրակոցին չարձագանքեն, իրավապահները կարող են ճակատին կրակել։
Ինչպես նշում է kommersant.ru-ն, Կադիրովը նման կարգադրություն է տվել Չեչնիայի կառավարությունում կայացած նիստում՝ քննարկելով Մախաչկալայի օդանավակայանում տեղի ունեցած անկարգությունները։
«Եթե մենք ունենք թեկուզ մեկ մարդ, որը գնում է չարտոնված անկարգությունների, բերման ենթարկեք և բանտարկեք: Կամ երեք նախազգուշական կրակոց արձակեք օդ ու դրանից հետո, եթե անձը չի ենթարկվում օրենքին, չորրորդ կրակոցն արձակեք ճակատին։ Այլևս (անկարգությունների-Խմբ.) դուրս չեն գա։ Սա իմ հրամանն է»,- ասել է Ռամզան Կադիրովը ՆԳՆ-ի և Ազգային գվարդիայի ներկայացուցիչներին:
Մախաչկալայի Ույթաշ օդանավակայանում հոկտեմբերի 29-ի երեկոյան զանգվածային անկարգություններ են տեղի ունեցել։ Թել Ավիվից չվերթի ժամանման դեմ ցուցարարների մի խումբ նախ ներխուժել է տերմինալ, իսկ ավելի ուշ՝ օդանավակայանի թռիչքուղի։ Տարբեր գնահատականներով՝ նրանց թիվը կարող է հասնել 1,2 հազար մարդու։ Ավելի քան 20 մարդ վիրավորվել է, այդ թվում՝ ոստիկաններ։ Բերման են ենթարկվել անկարգությունների ավելի քան 80 մասնակից։
