Հայաստանը հուշիկ քայլերով գնում է դեպի բռնապետություն

Մինչ Փաշինյանն ու նրա սպասարկուները փորձում են համոզել, թե Հայաստանում չափազանց ցածր է հանցավորության մակարդակը, երեկ, ի վերջո, հերթական զազրելի իրադարձությունն է տեղի ունեցել, զազրելի Հայաստանի հեղինակության առումով։
Իրավապահները ստիպված են եղել արդարացնել դիրիժոր Սերգեյ Սմբատյանին՝ մեկ ամիս բանտում պահելուց, տնային կալանքի ենթարկելուց հետո։ Խոշոր չափերի խարդախության մեջ մեղադրվող պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավարին արդարացրել են ամբողջությամբ, ընդ որում խոսքը Չայկովսկու երաժշտական դպրոցի հարակից տարածքի 300 քմ հողամասի հափշտակության մասին է։
Հայաստանին պատճառված վնասի մի մասը՝ 208 միլիոն դրամը հատուցվել է։ Որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ այդ գումարը վճարել է հայր Սմբատյանը՝ մշակույթի նախկին նախարարը, որը ընդունել է իր մեղքը։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Արմեն Սմբատյանն ընդունել է մեղքը և համաձայնվել վճարել, որպեսզի իր որդուն փրկի Հայաստանի իշախանությունների ապօրինի հետապնդումներից։
Ուշագրավ մեկ տեղեկություն էլ երեկ հայտնել է «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիներ» կազմակերպության ղեկավար Դանիել Իոնիսյանը, նշել, որ ներքին գործերի նախարարը, որի օրոք շարունակում են վարորդականներ վաճառել, որի օրոք նոր թափ է ստացել հատուկ կտրոնների «նառուշիլովկաների» աջ ու ձախ բաժանելն ու անգամ ծախելը, որի օրոք ոստիկաններին և այլ ուժայիններին նորից փաստացի թույլատրվել է խմած մեքենա վարել, ուզում է վարորդներին տուգանելու համար նորանոր տեսախցիկներ շարել հանրապետությունով մեկ։
Իոնիսյանը երանությամբ է հիշում, որ նույնիսկ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի օրոք, եթե մի տեղից ջրի երես դուրս գար, որ ոստիկանները խուսափել են քաղաքացուց հաղորդում ընդունել, այդ ոստիկանները լուրջ խնդիրներ էին ունենալու, իսկ այժմ անհեռանկարային հանցագործության մասին հայտնող քաղաքացուն ցրելը համակարգային դրվածք ու ավանդույթ է, որն ապահովում է ակնահաճո վիճակագրություն, նշում է Իոնիսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ տեսախցիկները, որ ցանկանում են շարել ՆԳՆ-ն, սահմանադրական դատարանի մակարդակում արգելվել են Գերմանիայում և չեն կիրառվում եվրոպական երկրների մեծ մասերում, քանի որ դրանցով իրականացվում է անձնական տվյալների ապօրինի մշակում։
