Քննիչ հանձնաժողովում «պատային» վիճակ է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս տարվա մայիսի 3-ին ԱԺ որոշմամբ ևս 6 ամսով երկարաձգվեց 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին սանձազերծված ռազմական գործողությունների հանգամանքների ուսումնասիրման նպատակով ստեղծված Ազգային ժողովի քննիչ հանձնաժողովի գործունեության ժամկետը:
Այսինքն, երեք օրից այս ժամկետն էլ է ավարտվելու: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, սակայն, հանձնաժողովում գործերը, մեղմ ասած, լավ չեն. բանն այն է, որ այդպես էլ ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարողացել հանձնաժողով «մարդ հրավիրել»։ Հիմնականում քննիչ հանձնաժողով են գալիս այն անձինք, ովքեր իրենց ասելիքն ու մեկնաբանությունները կառուցում են բացառապես իշխանական թեզերի տիրույթում կամ ուղղակի թելում նրանց թելը։
Ավելին, թերթի խորհրդարանական աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի և ԳՇ նախկին պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի՝ հանձնաժողով ներկայանալուց հետո մնացած զինվորականները, հիմնականում նրանք, ովքեր մասնակցել են բուն ռազմական գործողություններին, այն համոզմունքին են, որ անկախ այն հանգամանքից՝ գնան հանձնաժողով, թե ոչ, էական բան չի փոխվելու, քանի որ իշխանությունները հանձնաժողովի եզրափակիչ եզրակացության մեջ գրելու են իրենց ցանկացածը և մեկնաբանելու են իրենց ուզած ենթատեքստով։
Մեզ հայտնի է դարձել նաև, որ այն գեներալները, որոնց ցանկացել են հրավիրել քննիչ հանձնաժողով, տարբեր խողովակներով հայտնել են, որ պաշտոնապես հրավեր ուղարկելու դեպքում անգամ մերժելու են. թերթի տեղեկություններով, մինչ օրս ոչ մի հրամանատար, որը մասնակցել է բուն մարտական գործողություններին, չի էլ հրավիրվել հանձնաժողով և ցուցմունք չի տվել։ Ի դեպ, մեր աղբյուրը նաև փոխանցում է, որ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն օրերս մի մասնավոր զրույցում դժգոհել է, թե «եզրակացությունը շատ ավելի թույլ ու արհեստական է լինելու նախորդից»։
Ի դեպ, թերթին նաև հայտնի է դարձել, որ Արցախում վերջին մարտական գործողությունների հետ կապված ԱԺ նոր ժամանակավոր քննիչ հանձնաժողով ձևավորելու թեմայի հետ կապված նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն ավարտված են, և, նախնական տեղեկության համաձայն, այն կձևավորվի 2024-ի սկզբին, իսկ հանձնաժողովի կազմում էական փոփոխություն չի լինի։
