Սեպտեմբերյան իրադարձությունների և դրան հաջորդած ժամանակահատվածում, MediaHub-ը շատ է խոսել Արցախի փրկարարների առաքելության մասին։ 

Դեռ 2020-ի պատերազմի ժամանակ, փրկարարներն այնտեղ էին, որտեղ օգնության ու փրկության անհրաժեշտություն կար։ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ի ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ, նրանք դարձյալ առաջնագծում էին։ Առաքելությունը մեկն էր․ օգնել հրետակոծության ժամանակ տուժած քաղաքացիներին, տարհանել զոհված զինծառայողների և քաղաքացիական անձանց աճյունները, որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել Ադրբեջանի կողմից օկուպացված տարածքներում։ 

Այսօր Արցախի փրկարար ծառայողի մասնագիտական օրն է։ 

Փրկարարական խումբը վերջինը լքեց հայկական Արցախը։ Նրանց թվում՝ 2 կին, Իրինան և Հրանտինեն։

Մինչ պատերազմը նրանք ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնում որպես դիսպետչեր էին ծառայում։ Սեպտեմբերյան իրադարձությունները փոխեցին կին ծառայողների աշխատանքի ընթացքը․ անում էին, ինչ հնարավոր էր։ 

Իրինայի որդին, որ անցել է 2020 թվականի պատերազմական փորձությունները, 2  տարի անց զոհվել է ավտովթարից։ Իրինան կորցրել է կյանքի գույները, Արմենն իր մինուճարն էր։ Ստեփանակերտը վերջինը լքեց, որովհետև որքան երկար էր մնում, այնքան ավելի մոտ էր որդուն։

«Արմենն իմ կյանքի իմաստն էր, իմ ապրելու միակ արդարացումը, հիմա երբ ոչ ինքը կա, ոչ իր գերեզմանը և հայրենիքս, ամեն ինչ իմաստազուրկ է։ Այս աշխարհում ոչինչ չունեմ, քան որդուս շիրիմը, որ մնաց թշնամուն։ Ինչ վերաբերում է փրկարար ծառայությանը, այնտեղ տասնամյակներ եմ ծառայել։ Այնքան ջերմ էր միջավայրը և այնքան առողջ էր կոլեկտիվը, որ ինձ համարում էի իմ տանը։ Ամենադժվար պահին նրանք եղել են իմ կողքին։ Նույնն էր այս պատերազմում։ Մենք լրացնում էինք իրար։ Տղաների գործն ավելի դժվար էր, մենք ավելի թիկունքային գործերին էինք ընդգրկված»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում պատմում է Իրինա Գասպարյանը։

Հրանտինեի հայրը՝ Հրանտը, արցախյան առաջին ազատամարտի հերոսներից է։ Հոր ազատագրած հայրենիքում հիմա թուրքերն են վխտում։ Ինքը մնաց, որովհետև պետք էր, որովհետև փրկարար տղերքին թիկունք պիտի լիներ։

«Մինչ քաղաքի բնակչության ամբողջական տարհանումը, անընդհատ զանգեր էինք ստանում քաղաքացիներից, յուրաքանչյուրն ուներ իր խնդիրը։ Դրանց լուծում տալու համար մեզ համար տարբերություն չկար, թե ում պարտականությունն է և ով պետք է կատարի։ Սկսած թիկունքային ծառայությունից, վերջացրած որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքներով՝ մասնակցում էին անգամ ներքին գործերի նախարարը, ԱԻ պետական ծառայության տնօրենը։ Անում էինք այն, ինչ հասցնում էինք և որքան կդիմանայինք»։ 

Հակասական զգացողություններ ուներ Հրանտինեն Արցախը լքելիս։ Դա այն ժամանակահատվածն էր, երբ քաղաքում գրեթե մարդ չկար, իսկ ադրբեջանցիներն ամենուր էին։ 

«Դա իմ կյանքի ամենալուրջ փորձությունն էր, որի միջով անցանք։ Փրկվել դեռ չի նշանակում ապրել։  Այսօր մեր մասնագիտական օրն է։ Չգիտեմ այս դեպքում ինչ ասեմ։ Պատիվ էր ծառայել ԱԻՊԾ-ում և կրել փրկարարի համազգեստը»,- ասում է Հրանտինե Հայրիյանը։

Նշենք, որ Արցախի փրկարար ծառայությունն այսօր կտոներ կառույցի կազմավորման 31-րդ տարեդարձը և համակարգում ծառայողի մասնագիտական օրը...
