Այսօր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի գործակարգավարական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը Երևանի Մետրոպոլիտենի տնօրեն Բաբկեն Սեդրակյանից հետաքրքրվեց՝ արդյոք ֆինանսավորման հարցը լուծվեց, թե դեռ ոչ։

«Նախորդ շաբաթ էլ չեղավ, հույս ունենք, որ այս շաբաթ պետք է, որ լինի», - արձագանքեց Սեդրակյանը։

Հարցին՝ արդեն որքա՞ն ժամանակ է տևում՝ Մետրոսպոլիտենի տնօրենն ասաց, որ 6-7 ամիս է։ Տիգրան Ավինյանն առաջարկեց ներկայացնել, թե կոնկրետ ինչի մասին է խոսքը։

Սեդրակյանի խոսքով՝ ներկայացրել են 32 անվազույգերի և 4 կմ ռելսի հետ կապված, որի համար անհրաժեշտ գումարը 400 միլիոն դրամ է։ Մետրոպոլիտենի տնօրենը նաև շեշտեց, որ 4-5 անգամ ներկայացրել են, որպեսզի Կառավարությունը հաստատի։

Տիգրան Ավինյանը նաև հետաքրքրվեց. «Որևէ գերատեսչության կողմից դիտողություն կա՞»։ 

«ԴԻտողությունները միայն ֆիննախի կողմից է, որ հատկացվող գումարը 2024 թվականի բյուջեով է նախատեսված»։

Երևանի քաղաքապետը ներկաների ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց մի միջադեպի վրա, որը բարեբախտաբար առանց զոհերի է եղել։ Տիգրան Ավինյանը քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Փամբուխչյանին ասաց աշխատեն, որպեսզի նախագիծը հնարավորինս շուտ հաստատվի, որովհետև իրապես շատ վտանգավոր իրավիճակում ենք գտնվում և բյուրոկրատական անիմաստ ձգձգումները հավելյալ ռիսկեր են առաջացնում։ «Եվ եթե հրատապության մասին է խոսքը, ապա այս ծրագիրը ՀՀ-ում ամենահրատապներից մեկն է», - ընդգծեց քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը։
