Քիչ առաջ այցելեցի Արմավիր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, ուր ԱՌԵՎԱՆԳԵԼՈՒՑ հետո տեղափոխել են արցախցի Մխիթարին. Մանուկյան

ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյան գրում է.

«Ահազանգի հետքերով քիչ առաջ այցելեցի Արմավիր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, ուր երեկ ԱՌԵՎԱՆԳԵԼՈՒՑ հետո իրավապահները տեղափոխել են արցախցի 21-ամյա Մխիթար Օհանջանյանին։ Հանդիպեցի նրան՝ հագին իր աշխատավայրի հանդերձանքն էր, քանի որ նրան տարել էին աշխատավայրից, իբր հետախուզվող։

Հերթական անգամ խայտառակ քննչական գործողություններ են արվել. իբր սեպտեմբերի 19-ից ցույցերին մասնակցելու համար Մխիթարին չեն կարողացել գտնել։ Այնինչ, ոստիկանները մինչ այդ այցելել են Մխիթարի աշխատավայր, հետաքրքրվել նրանով, աշխատանքային ղեկավարն էլ երիտասարդին բնորոշել է իբրեւ բարեխիղճ աշխատող։ Մինչ առեւանգումը Մխիթարին որեւէ անգամ չեն կանչել հարցաքննության, ծանուցագիր չեն ուղարկել, թեեւ հեշտությամբ, ցանկության դեպքում քննիչները կարող էին դա անել։

Իմ այցից քիչ անց Մխիթարին տեղափոխեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե։ Հիմա ընտանիքի հետ կապի մեջ ենք, գործընկերներս զբաղվում են նր պաշտպանությունը կազմակերպելով։

Արմավիրում հերթական անգամ ժայթքեց ատելությունս այս իշխանությունների ու նրանց կամակատար իրավապահների նկատմամբ։ Սրանք Հայության թշնամի են։ Միայն թշնամին կարող այսպես վայրենի, անօրեն վարվել հայրենակիցների, հատկապես՝ արցախցիների նկատմամբ։

Մխիթարը մինչեւ վերջերս Հայրենիքն է պաշտպանել, ծառայության մեջ է եղել Եղնիկներում։ Ընտանիքը Հադրութի Տումի գյուղից է, ու հայրենազրկվել է 2020 թվականին։

Հիմա, առանց աչքերը թարթելու փորձելու են 21 տարեկան երիտասարդին կալանավորել։ Սա այլեւս համատարած բնույթ է կրում։ Այսօր Արմավիրում պատահաբար բացահայտվեց, որ եւս երկու արցախցի երիտասարդի նույն անհիմն մեղադրանքներով էլ առեւանգել են, ու հիմա դատարանը քննելու է նրանց կալանավորման հարցը։ Ընդ որում, նրանցից մեկի եղբայրը Արցախում բենզինի պահեստների պայթյունի հետեւանքով մինչեւ հիմա էլ անհետ կորածներից է։ Եղբայրն ընտանիքի հոգսերով, եղբոր մասունքների փնտրտուքով զբաղվելու փոխարեն, հիմա դարձել է այս իշխանությունների գերին։

Նրանց անուներն են՝ Գոռ Հակոբյան եւ Մանվել Պետրոսյան։ Եթե ընտանիքի անդամներից ճանաչող կա, թող արձագանքի, որ կարողանանք պաշտպանությունը կազմակերպել։ Շնորհակալություն Gohar Savzyanին, Մխիթարի հարցով ահազանգի համար։

Հ.Գ. Մինչ գրում էի այս տողերը, հայտնի դարձավ, որ ևս մեկ արցախցի, այս անգամ անչափահաս է առևանգվել ՝ Սամվել Միրզոյանը, իբր հետախուզման մեջ գտնվելու փաստով, և հիմա դատարանը կալանքի միջնորդության հարցն քննում: Հ.Հ.Գ. Սամվել Միրզոյանի աշտպանությունը ստանձնել է Abgar Poghosyanը»,- գրում է նա:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Արցախցի հերթական երիտասարդի են ձերբակալել և տարել ՔԿՀ․ ծնողներին ոչ մի տեղեկություն չեն տալիս:
