Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերություններում խզվածքը խորանում է

«Կոմերսանտ» ռուսական պարբերականի տեղեկություններով, Ռուսաստանը և Հայաստանը խրվել են երկկողմ հարաբերությունների հեռակա պարզաբանման ձևաչափում։ Պետությունների ղեկավարները կապի մեջ չեն, սակայն երկու երկրների ներկայացուցիչները կանոնավոր կերպով մեղադրանքներ են փոխանակում։
Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լրատվամիջոցներով ազդանշաններ է ուղարկում, որ Երևանն անվտանգության ոլորտում Ռուսաստանին փոխարինող է փնտրում։ Մոսկվան փորձում է տարբեր ձևերով, բայց ոչ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հետ երկխոսությամբ, բացատրել, որ իրեն այլընտրանք չկա։ Ըստ պարբերականի, ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններում ամենամեծ գրգռիչը, իհարկե, պետք է համարել հանրապետության խորհրդարանի կողմից Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացումը, ապա նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատրյանի կողմից դրա ստորագրումը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՄՔԴ-ն ձերբակալության օրդեր է տվել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և երեխաների օմբուդսմեն Մարիա Լվովա-Բելովայի համար: Տարբեր մակարդակների ռուսաստանցի պաշտոնյաները հայտարարել են, որ այդ քայլը համարում են ոչ բարեկամական: Թեև ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանն ու Հայաստանը բոլոր խնդիրները լուծում են երկկողմանի ուղիներով, սակայն անհասկանալի է, թե որոնք են այդ ուղիները։
Վերջին շրջանում շփումները տեղի են ունենում երկու երկրների ԱԳՆ-ներ դեսպանների կանչման տեսքով՝ ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ, իսկ, Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատարին համապատասխանաբար, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ։ Այլ շփումների մասին ոչինչ չի հաղորդվել: Ըստ «Կոմերսանտ»-ի, որ Երևանը «դադար է վերցրել շփումներում»: Փոխարենը Հայաստանն ակտիվորեն շփվում է Արևմուտքի հետ, ինչը, օբյեկտիվորեն պետք է հարուցեր Ռուսաստանի վրդովմունքը։ Եվ, բնական է, որ Կրեմլը համապատասխան կերպով էլ արձագանքում է։ Ցավալիորեն այդ հարվածներն իրենց վրա զգում են ոչ թե իշխող վարչախմբի ներկայացուցիչները, այլ հայ ժողովուրդն ու Հայաաստանի Հանրապետությունը։
