Ռուսաստանի պետական կառույցներից հայտնել են, որ Երևանը «դադար է վերցրել շփումներում»․ «Կոմերսանտ»
POLITICSՌուսաստանը և Հայաստանը խրվել են երկկողմ հարաբերությունների հեռակա պարզաբանման ձևաչափում։ Պետությունների ղեկավարները կապի մեջ չեն, սակայն երկու երկրների ներկայացուցիչները պարբերաբար փոխանակվում են մեղադրանքներով։ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լրատվամիջոցներով ազդանշաններ է ուղարկում, որ Երևանն անվտանգության ոլորտում Ռուսաստանին փոխարինող է փնտրում։ Մոսկվան փորձում է տարբեր ձևերով, բայց ոչ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հետ երկխոսությամբ բացատրել, որ իրեն այլընտրանք չկա։ Այս մասին գրում է «Կոմերսանտը»։
Վերջին շրջանում շփումները տեղի են ունենում երկու երկրների ԱԳՆ-ներ դեսպանների կանչման տեսքով՝ ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ, իսկ, Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատարին համապատասխանաբար, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ։
Այլ շփումների մասին չեն հաղորդվել: Ավելին, ռուսական պետական կառույցներում «Կոմերսանտ»-ի աղբյուրը հայտնել է, որ Երևանը «դադար է վերցրել շփումներում»: Այս մասին է վկայում ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովի հայտարարությունը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հարցազրույցի վերաբերյալ։ «Մենք հակված չենք The Wall Street Journal-ին որպես առաջնային աղբյուր ընկալելու, ուստի դեռ պետք է հստակ հասկանանք, թե ինչի մասին է խոսել պարոն Փաշինյանը։ Եվ իհարկե, մեր հայ ընկերների հետ զրույցում ակնկալում ենք ստանալ այս հարցի վերաբերյալ ողջ տեղեկությունը։ Եվ, իհարկե, Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի համար լավ չէ շփվել թերթերի, հատկապես Wall Street Journal-ի միջոցով։ Ուստի մենք շարունակում ենք զրույցը, երկխոսությունը մեր հայ ընկերների հետ և կշարունակենք դա անել, մենք ունենք շատ ընդարձակ օրակարգ»,- հոկտեմբերի 26-ին ասել է պարոն Պեսկովը (մեջբերումը ՏԱՍՍ-ից):
Այս մեկնաբանությունից, կարծես, հետևում է, թե երկխոսություն է ընթանում։ Բայց միևնույն ժամանակ Մոսկվան դեռևս չի կարողացել պարզաբանել, թե ինչ նկատի ուներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ խոսելով անվտանգության ոլորտում հարաբերությունների դիվերսիֆիկացման քայլերի մասին։
Երևանը դեռ իրական քայլեր չի ձեռնարկել Ռուսաստանից և այն կազմակերպություններից, որոնց անդամակցում է Հայաստանը, հեռու մնալու համար։ Բայց հետխորհրդային տարածքի նորագույն պատմության մեջ բավականաչափ օրինակներ կան, թե ինչպես կարող են Խորհրդային Միության նախկին հանրապետությունները շրջվել դեպի Արևմուտք։ Այս ճանապարհով անցել են Վրաստանը, Ուկրաինան և Մոլդովան վերջին 15 տարիների ընթացքում, որոնք ընտրել են ինտեգրումը ԵՄ-ին, իսկ առաջին երկու դեպքում՝ նաև ՆԱՏՕ-ին։ Ի դեպ, Կիևն ու Քիշնևը, որոնք 2022 թվականին ստացել են Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու թեկնածու երկրների կարգավիճակ, շուտով կարող են անցնել հաջորդ մակարդակ։ Մինչեւ տարեվերջ Բրյուսելը կորոշի՝ Ուկրաինայի եւ Մոլդովայի իշխանությունների հետ ԵՄ անդամակցության շուրջ բանակցություններ սկսել, թե ոչ։
