Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունը նախատեսում է Ադրբեջանի հետ ստեղծել «պարզեցված մաքսային միջանցք» և իրականացնել մաքսային հսկողության արդյունքների փոխադարձ ճանաչման նախագծեր։

Ինչպես հայտնում է Report-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ռուսական մամուլին, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ Դաշնային մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար Ռուսլան Դավիդովը։

Նրա խոսքով, ռուսական առևտրային արդյունաբերությունն արդեն կենտրոնացած է Արևելքի և հարավի երկրների հետ փոխգործակցության վրա։

Դավիդովն ընդգծել է, որ «Արևելք-Արևմուտք» և «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջազգային միջանցքների շնորհիվ հնարավոր է դարձել 35%-ով ավելացնել բեռնաշրջանառությունը։

«Ռուսաստանը նախատեսում է լոգիստիկ երթուղիներ իրականացնել բարեկամ երկրների հետ պարզեցված սխեմայով, բացի Ադրբեջանի հետ «պարզեցված մաքսային միջանցքից»` կզարգացվեն տրանսպորտային ուղիներ Իրանի, Սիրիայի, Թուրքիայի և Չինաստանի հետ»,- ասել է նա։

Նա նշել է, որ երկրների միջև ապրանքների պարզեցված փոխադրումների նախագիծը կնվազեցնի վարչական ապարատի բեռը և կհեշտացնի բուն փոխադրման գործընթացը։

«Բացի այդ, Ռուսաստանը Ադրբեջանի, Չինաստանի և Մոնղոլիայի հետ իրականացնում է մաքսային հսկողության արդյունքների փոխադարձ ճանաչման նախագծեր, որոնց գործնական ազդեցությունը կարևոր է, ընդլայնել մասնակիցների շրջանակը, մեծացնել առևտրի ծավալները, բարձրացնել ապրանքների մատակարարման շղթաների թափանցիկությունն ու անվտանգությունը», - հավելել է Դավիդովը:
