«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը հրավիրվել է ԱԳՆ, որտեղ նրան բողոքի հայտագիր է փոխանցվել: Խոսքը վերաբերում է ռուսական «Առաջին ալիքի» «Տուտիի գահաժառանգի տիկնիկները. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան՝ աղետի գուժկանը» թողարկմանը: ԱԳՆ-ն պաշտոնապես նշել է, որ «հաղորդման ընթացքում հնչեցվել էին վիրավորական և բացարձակապես անընդունելի արտահայտություններ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հասցեին»: Նման արձագանքը լիովին հասկանալի է՝ նման պայմաններում, սովորաբար խնդրո առարկա երկրի դեսպանին հրավիրում են ԱԳՆ և համապատասխան «բողոքի նոտա» փոխանցում, ինչը և արվել է: Անհասկանալի կլիներ անտեսումը:
Մյուս կողմից՝ հասկանալի է նաև մեր բազմաթիվ այն հայրենակիցների վրդովմունքը, որոնց կարծիքով, հիշյալ հաղորդման ընթացքում ոչ միայն «ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան ղեկավարությանը», այլ հայ ժողովրդին են վիրավորել, առհասարակ, և Հայաստանի ու հայերի մասին նման տոնայնությամբ խոսելն անընդունելի է: Այնպես որ, կրկնենք, անխուսափելի ու բնական էր, որ հիշյալ հաղորդումից հետո պետք է որոշակի արձագանք հետևեր, առաջին հերթին՝ պետական կառույցներից: Բայց կա նաև հարցի մյուս կողմը, որը երբեմն անտեսվում է: Բանն այն է, որ փաստերը պետք է դիտարկել ընդհանրության և պատճառահետևանքային կապի մեջ: Երբ դու ամեն ինչ անում ես, այդ թվում՝ ցուցադրաբար, Ռուսաստանի հետ թշնամանալու համար, երբ նույն քպականները ՌԴ տարբեր պաշտոնյաների հրապարակավ վիրավորում են, ի՞նչ կարող ես ակնկալել:
Ի՞նչ է, ռուսներն աչք էին փակելո՞ւ այդ ամենի վրա, ռուսական պետական հեռուստաալիքները, բալալայկան վերցրած, փառաբանելո՞ւ էին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Եթե դու հետևողականորեն ուզում ես փչացնել հարաբերություններդ Ռուսաստանի հետ, պետք է պատրաստ լինես նաև ստանալու նման «արձագանքներ»: Ըստ որում, հաշվի առնելով ռուսական քաղաքական իրողությունները, հիշյալ հաղորդումը կարելի է, այսպես ասած, «ծաղիկ» համարել: Ասել կուզի՝ դեռ այլ տհաճությունների էլ պետք է պատրաստ լինել կապված Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների, այդ երկրում գտնվող միլիոնավոր մեր հայրենակիցների, դեպի ռուսական շուկա արտահանվող կամ «վերաարտահանվող» ապրանքների հետ: Այնպես որ, իրավացիորեն վրդովվելուն զուգահեռ՝ չի խանգարում նաև մի քիչ մտածելը, նաև հասկանալը, որ կյանքում ամեն ինչ փոխադարձ է լինում...
