Լեմկինի անվան Ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման ինստիտուտի գործադիր տնօրեն տիկին Էլիզա ֆոն Յոդեն-Ֆորգին, արձագանքելով Ադրբեջանի բռնապետական վարչակազմի կողմից Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների՝ ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարների և քաղաքացիական անձանց ապօրինի առևանգումների մասին ահազանգող նամակներիս, իր համերաշխությունն է հայտնել նրանց շուտափույթ վերադարձի առնչությամբ։ Նա մասնավորապես նշել է․
