«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

pravda.ru-ն գրում է, որ 1992 թվականին հայերը անձնուրաց պաշտպանեցին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, բայց 30 տարի անց Հայաստանը այն կամավոր հանձնեց Ադրբեջանին։ Այն, թե ինչու դա տեղի ունեցավ, Pravda.ruին պատմել է հրատարակության հատուկ թղթակից Դարիա Ասլամովան։ «Առաջին պատերազմի ժամանակ՝ 1992-ին, Հայաստանը լի էր ոգևորությամբ՝ մենք նորից մեծ Հայաստան ենք կառուցելու, պատրաստ ենք պայքարել դրա համար։ Այդ ներշնչումով, այդ խիզախությամբ նրանք հաղթեցին։ Ադրբեջանում, ընդհակառակը, լիակատար խառնաշփոթ էր տիրում, մարդիկ բացահայտ ասում էին. «Մորովս եմ երդվում, ուզում եմ, որ Խորհրդային Միությունը նորից վերադառնա»։ Նրանք, բնականաբար, պարտվեցին այդ հակամարտությունում։ Հաղթանակի էյֆորիայից հետո Հայաստանի անկախությունը աստիճանաբար սկսեց իրականություն դառնալ։ Բայց իրականությունը դաժան էր:

Միակ ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը Ռուսաստանն է, սահմանի մի կողմում Ադրբեջանի հետ առաջնագիծն է, մյուս կողմում Թուրքիան է, որի հետ սահմանը 1993 թվականից ի վեր ամբողջովին փակ է, Վրաստանը այնքան էլ շատ բարյացակամ չէ հայերի նկատմամբ, և վերջապես՝ փոքրիկ սահման Իրանի հետ, որն ինքը գտնվում է պատժամիջոցների տակ։ Տնտեսությունը չի կարող զարգանալ առանց արտաքին աշխարհ մուտք գործելու։ Ի՞նչ կարող է վաճառել Հայաստանը, բացի կոնյակից և մրգերից: Ոչինչ։ Հայաստանը սկսեց կամաց-կամաց մարել: Մարդիկ փախան այնտեղից։ Իսկ ադրբեջանցիները ձեռքերն են շփում, նավթի փողերով շքեղ Բաքու են կառուցում, մարմարե եզրաքարեր, փողոցների նոր լամպեր։ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում էր ռևանշի՝ զենք գնելով Իսրայելից: Ադրբեջանում մի սերունդ է մեծացել, որին նախապատրաստում էին պատերազմի: Իսկ Հայաստանն ապրում էր հյուրերի և սփյուռքի փողերով: Հայերի նոր սերունդ էր մեծացել աղքատության մեջ, աշխատանք չկար, վատ կրթություն, ծնողները ասում էին. «Գնա Ռուսաստան կամ Արևմուտք»:

Բացի դա, Արևմուտքը 5000-ից ավելի հասարակական կազմակերպություններ էր բացել փոքրիկ Հայաստանում։ Հսկայական գումարներ էին ներդրվել ԶԼՄ-ներում, դաստիարակվել էր նոր էլիտա։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա կինը՝ Աննա Հակոբյանը, չեն թաքցրել Ղարաբաղը հանձնելու իրենց նպատակները: 2013 թվականին հանդիպել եմ Աննա Հակոբյանի հետ։ Նա ինձ ասաց. «Ղարաբաղը մեր ինչի՞ն է պետք, դա նման է առանց բռնակի ճամպրուկի և միայն Ռուսաստանին է պետք, Ղարաբաղի պատճառով տնտեսապես փակ ենք, մեր բոլոր սահմանները փակ են»։ Բոլոր լիբերալները հավատում էին. «Հիմա մենք կհանձնենք Ղարաբաղը, կբացենք սահմանները Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ, կդառնանք եվրոպական ժողովուրդների մեծ ընտանիքի անդամ, ԵՄ-ն կգա մեզ մոտ և կբացի ձեռնարկություններ, քանի որ մենք ունենք էժան աշխատուժ»: Տղե՛րք, ԵՄ-ում արդեն իսկ կա էժան աշխատուժ՝ Բալթյան երկրներում, Ռումինիայում, Բուլղարիայում... բայց ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով նրանք այնտեղ սահման չեն բացում:

Սկսվեց քարոզչությունը. «Մենք հպարտորեն գնում ենք Եվրոպա, պարզապես պետք է ազատվել Ղարաբաղից»: Մեծացել էր երիտասարդ սպառողների մի սերունդ, որը ուզում էր, որ Ղարաբաղը վերանա։ Փաստացի Հայաստանը Ղարաբաղը տվեց ոչ թե հիմա, այլ դեռ 2020 թվականին: Հայերը չեն հասկանում, որ երբ դու լքում ես քո հողն ու հայրենակիցներին, վաղ թե ուշ նույնը կստանաս: Եվ Իլհամ Ալիևն արդեն ասում է, որ Նախիջևանի հետ կապվելու համար անհրաժեշտ է հետ վերցնել հայկական անկլավները, Սյունիքը և Զանգեզուրը։ Ադրբեջանում արդեն գոռում են՝ «Զանգեզուրն Ադրբեջան է»»:
