Ստորագրվեց Հյուսիս-հարավի մի հատվածի՝ Ագարակ-Քաջարան 32 կմ երկարությամբ ճանապարհի շինարարության պայմանագիրը

Ստորագրվեց Ագարակ-Քաջարան 32 կմ երկարությամբ ճանապարհահատվածի շինարարության պայմանագիրը:
Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:
«Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտ» հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Գոռ Ավետիսյանը և «Աբադ Ռահան Պարս» Ինթերնեյշնլ Գրուպ և «Թունել Սադ Արիանա» համատեղ ձեռնարկության ներկայացուցիչներ՝ Ալի Մուսավին և Ալեն Յուսեֆյանը ստորագրեցին Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի-Տրանշ 4 շրջանակներում Ագարակից-Վարդանիձոր (մոտ 21կմ) ճանապարհի հիմնանորոգման, Վարդանիձորից մինչև թունելի ելք (մոտ 11կմ) ճանապարհի կառուցման պայմանագիրը։
Կողմերը կարևորեցին պայմանագրի կնքման փաստը, որը նպաստելու է Հյուսիս-հարավ ծրագրի կյանքի կոչմանը։
Տրանշ 4-ի՝ Քաջարան-Ագարակ (Իրանի սահման) վերակառուցման գործող ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է վերակառուցել շուրջ 32 կմ ընդհանուր երկարությամբ՝ Ագարակ (ԻԻՀ-ի սահման)-Վարդանիձոր-նախատեսվող Քաջարանի թունելի ելք հատվածը։
Վերակառուցումից հետո նշված ճանապարհահատվածը կհամապատասխանի միջազգային առաջադեմ չափանիշներին ինչպես ճանապարհային անվտանգության, այնպես էլ հարմարավետության և ճանապարհորդության ժամանակի կրճատման առումներով։
Նախատեսված է կառուցել թվով 5 նոր փոխհատում, 6 նոր Էստակադա, 920 մետր ընդհանուր երկարությամբ 2 նոր թունել և 17 նոր կամուրջ։
Ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորվում է Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի վարկային և ՀՀ համաֆինանսավորման միջոցների հաշվին։
Շինարարական աշխատանքները նախատեսվում է մեկնարկել 2023 թվականի վերջին և ավարտել երեք տարվա ընթացքում։
