Վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում բենզինի և հեղուկ գազի շուկայում գնային մեծ տատանումներ եղան։ Վառելիքի գնի բարձրացումը պաշտոնյաներն ու ներկրողները պայմանավորում էին  դոլարի փոխարժեքի տատանումով։ Սակայն, արդեն մեկ շաբաթ է՝ դոլարի փոխարժեքն իջել է, այնուամենայնիվ, բենզինի և հեղուկ գազի շուկայում գների իջեցում չի նկատվում։

LPG Energy գազալցակայանի տնօրեն Ժիրայր Յափանեչյանն Aysor.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ իրենք բենզին չեն ներկրում.«Մենք գնում ենք ՀՀ-ից և վերավաճառում։ Ռուսական բենզին է։ Գների բարձրացումը պայմանավորված է դոլարի փոխարժեքի բարձրացմամբ։ Իսկ ահա հեղուկ գազ մենք ենք ներկրում  Ռուսաստանից։ Ասեմ, որ գազի գները կտրուկ բարձրացրել են այնտեղ, չեմ կարող ասել, թե ինչի հետ է դա կապված։ Մոտավորապես 1.5 անգամ թանկացրել են»։

Ժիրայր Յափանեչյանը նաև անդրադարձավ այն խնդիրներին, որոնք ազդում են գազի գնի բարձրացման վրա.«Առաջ հեղուկ գազը, որպես վտանգավոր բեռ, սահմաններն  առանց հերթի անցնում էր, քանի որ գազը կարող է արևի տակ երկար մնալուց պայթել կամ մեկ այլ խնդիր առաջացնել։ Հիմա էդ ամեն ինչը փոխվել է, մնացած բոլոր մեքենաների հետ գազով բեռնված մեր մեքենաները կանգնում են հերթի տակ։ Այսինքն՝ դրա հետ կապված ավելանում են ծախսերը, ինչպես նաև վտանգավորության հետ կապված՝ վարորդների աշխատավարձերն է բարձրացել»։

Գների բարձրացման մյուս գործոնը, ըստ ներկրողի, ժամկետն է.«Առաջ մեքենաները ՀՀ էին մտնում 3-4 օրում, իսկ հիմա՝ մոտ 10 օրում։ Այսինքն՝ այդքան ժամանակ այդ վարորդների մնալու ծախսը և մյուս ծախսերը բերում են գազի գնի բարձրացման։ Բացի այն, որ գազի գները բարձրացել են, նաև արհեստական խնդիրներով է բարձրանում գինը»։

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ մոտ մեկ ամիս է, որ ՌԴ-ում գազի գները բարձարացել են.«Այս պահին, ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել՝ էլի կբարձրանա՞, թե՞ կիջնի։ Ցանկացած պահի կարող է բարձրանալ և իջնել։ Դա մեզանից կախված չէ։ Ձմռանը կարող է էլի բարձրանալ՝ դարձյալ կապված անցակետերում հերթերի հետ»։

Յափանեչյանը տեղյակ չէ, թե արդյոք ՌԴ-ն գները միայն ՀՀ-ի համա՞ր է բարձրացրել, թե՞ բոլորի.«Չեմ կարող ասել»։
