Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը նոր հայտարարություն է արել

Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը հայտնում է.
«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները դատապարտում են հոկտեմբերի 20-ին ՀՀ-ում Արցախի մշտական ներկայացուցչությունում տեղի ունեցածը, երբ բռնության ու վիրավորանքի դրսևորումներով մի խումբ անձինք, խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, ոչ կառուցողական մթնոլորտ են ստեղծել ներկայացուցչության բակում քաղաքացիների հավաքի ժամանակ՝ փորձելով հրահրել զանգվածային անկարգություններ:
Նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանն ի սկզբանե պատրաստ էր լսել քաղաքացիներին՝ հնարավորության սահմաններում պարզաբանումներ տալով նրանց հուզող հարցերին:
Հակառակ արհեստականորեն ստեղծված բոլոր խոչընդոտներին՝ նախագահ Շահրամանյանն ընդունել է հավաքի ակտիվին, պարզաբանումներ տվել սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ից 20-ը Արցախի Հանրապետության շուրջ ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քաղաքացիները բարձրացրել են մի շարք սոցիալական՝ այդ թվում ՀՀ-ում կացարանով ապահոված չլինելու հետ կապված խնդիրներ:
Սամվել Շահրամանյանը նշել է, որ Արցախի կառավարությունը շարունակելու է գույքագրել նմանատիպ բոլոր հարցերը և դրանք ներկայացնել ՀՀ կառավարությանը, քանի որ ինչպես արդեն հայտարարել ենք, Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված քաղաքացիների առողջապահական, կրթական, սոցիալական աջակցության և համանման այլ հարցերով աշխատանքները համակարգում է ՀՀ կառավարության հումանիտար կենտրոնը (Առաջացող բոլոր հարցերի կապակցությամբ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու նպատակով կարող եք զանգահարել ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության շուրջօրյա գործող թեժ գիծ՝ 114 հեռախոսահամարով, կամ դիմել Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության տարածքային (մարզային) կենտրոններ):
Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները հայցում են այն լրագրողների և քաղաքացիների ներողամտությունը, ում աշխատանքը անկարգության պայմաններում խոչընդոտվել է, և ովքեր չեն կարողացել ստեղծված իրավիճակում իրենց հարցերն ուղղել կառավարության ներկայացուցիչներին:
Միևնույն ժամանակ ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմինների ուշադրությունն ենք հրավիրում կատարվածի վերաբերյալ՝ կոչ անելով հետագայում բացառել բռնության դրսևորումներն ու զանգվածային անկարգությունները:
