Երեկ տեղի ունեցած աղմկահարույց դեպքով կա 11 ձերբակալված

2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 20-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնից զեկուցագրեր են ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը Աշտարակ քաղաքի Քասախի կիրճում գտնվող «Գալուստի Ձոր» կոչվող հանգստյան գոտու տարածքում տեղի ուենցած վիճաբանության մասին ահազանգ ստանալով՝ ոստիկանության ծառայողները մեկնել են նշված վայր։
Աշտարակ քաղաքի 65-ամյա բնակչից և նրա որդուց կատարվածի վերաբերյալ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու ժամանակ սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելով ասֆալտապատ ճանապարհով նշված հանգստյան գոտու ուղղությամբ մոտեցել են 40-50 անձ, որոնց ձեռքերում եղել են քարեր, ջրով լցված շշեր, որոնք նետել են հոր և որդու ուղղությամբ։
Մոտեցող անձինք, չենթարկվելով ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների՝ հակաիրավական գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու օրինական պահանջներին, բռնություն են գործադրել Աշտարակ քաղաքի 65-ամյա բնակչի և նրա որդու նկատմամբ՝ քաշքշել են ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներին։ Նրանց կողմից նետված առարկաներից դիպել են նաև ոստիկանության ծառայողներին։
Մոտեցած անձանցից մի քանիսը 65-ամյա քաղաքացուն քաշելով գցել են գետնին, ապա քարերով, ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, որի ժամանակ վերջինիս որդին ինքնաձիգով մի քանի կրակոց է արձակել։ Դրա հետևանքով Աշտարակ քաղաքի 52-ամյա և ՈՒջան գյուղի 26-ամյա երկու բնակիչ ոտքի շրջանի հրազենային վնասվածքներ են ստացել և տեղափոխվել բուժկենտրոն։
Դեպքի առթիվ հոկտեմբերի 20-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով, 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 452-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, և ձեռնարկվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ։
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են կրակված պարկուճներ, 2 դանակ, 1 ձեռնափայտ և այլ առարկաներ։
Ոստիկանությունից ստացվել է դեպքի վայրում վերցված հանցագործության գործիք հրազենը։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում հարցաքննվել են տասնյակ անձինք, կատարվել են խուզարկություններ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։
Հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից ձերբակալվել է 11 անձ։
Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
