Հայաստանի գեղասահքի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահը հափշտակել է ավելի քան 10 մլն դրամ. գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան

«Հայաստանի գեղասահքի ֆեդերացիա» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Մ.Ս.-ն (պաշտոնավարումը կասեցված է) 2020 թվականի հունվարի 30-ին Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության հետ կնքել է պայմանագիր, որի հիման վրա՝ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջնություններին և միջազգային միջոցառումներին մասնակցության ապահովման համար մարզիկների նախապատրաստում և առաջնությունների անցկացում» միջոցառման իրականացման նպատակով՝ Ֆեդերացիային հատկացվել է 13 մլն 7 հազար 200 դրամ: Հայտնում են ՀՀ դատախազությունից։
Մ.Ս.-ն, 2020 թվականի տարեկան միջոցառումների մի մասը կորոնավիրուսային համավարակի պատճառով չեղարկվելուց հետո, Նախարարություն է ներկայացրել վերոնշյալ գումարից 1 մլն 50 հազար դրամի ծախսերի մասին կեղծ տեղեկություններ, որոնց համաձայն՝ 1 մլն 50 հազար դրամը ծախսվել է 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 25-ը «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերության «Ուսումնա-սպորտային համալիր» հիմնարկի սահադաշտում Գեղասահքի հավաքականի թիմի երեք մարզիկների և նրանց մարզիչների համար կազմակերպված ուսումնամարզական հավաքի անցկացման համար: Մինչդեռ նշված հավաքը չի կայացել:
Բացի այդ, Մ.Ս.-ն, 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 4-ին և 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Նախարարություն է ներկայացրել իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տվյալներ այն մասին, թե իբր մարզիչներ Է.Դ.-ն (Ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Մ.Ս.-ի որդին) և Ա.Ա.-ն հանդիսացել են գեղասահորդներ, միջազգային մրցաշարերի մասնակից՝ պարային զույգ Թ.Կ.-ի և Ս.Ս.-ի անձնական մարզիչներ: Արդյունքում՝ 2020 թվականի գեղասահքի Եվրոպայի առաջնության 17-րդ տեղը գրավելու կապակցությամբ, Նախարարության կողմից Մ.Ս.-ի որդուն՝ Է.Դ.-ին, հատկացվել է անվանական թոշակ՝ 1 տարի ժամկետով՝ 630 հազար դրամի չափով:
Այնուհետև, 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-25-ը Գերմանիայի Օբերստդորֆ քաղաքում կայացած Գեղասահքի միջազգային մրցաշարին պարային զույգ Թ.Կ.-ի և Ս.Ս.-ի կողմից 2022 թվականի ձմեռային օլիմպիական խաղերի վարկանիշ ձեռք բերելու կապակցությամբ Ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի որդի է.Դ.-ին՝ որպես գեղասահքի հավաքականի գլխավոր մարզիչ և նույն ձեռքբերման կապակցությամբ՝ որպես անձնական մարզիչ, 2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերը ներառյալ՝ հատկացվել է 5 մլն 250 հազար դրամ: Երկրորդ մարզիչ հանդես եկած Ա.Ա.-ին 2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերը ներառյալ՝ հատկացվել է 3 մլն 360 հազար դրամ: Ա.Ա.-ն 2022 թվականի հունվարից մինչև հոկտեմբեր, յուրաքանչյուր ամիս իրեն հատկացված 280 հազար դրամից 180 հազար դրամը փոխանցել է Ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Մ.Ս.-ի բանկային հաշվեհամարին:
