«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
news.ru-ն «Քաղաքագետը բացատրել է, թե ինչու է Արևմուտքը Փաշինյանից նոր Զելենսկի սարքում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Արևմուտքը փորձում է Հայաստանն օգտագործել իր նպատակների համար, այն է՝ Ռուսաստանի սահմաններին քաոս և անկայունություն ստեղծելը, NEWS.ru-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է քաղաքագետ Եվգենի Միխայլովը։ Նրա խոսքով, հենց այդ պատճառով էլ հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Եվրախորհրդարանում ելույթի ժամանակ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ռուսաստանին մեղադրել է Հայաստանի շահերը չպաշտպանելու և իրեն պաշտոնանկ անելու փորձի մեջ։ Այս սադրիչ հայտարարություններն աջակցվում են ֆրանսիական շահերով։ Իզուր է Փաշինյանը հույսը դնում Փարիզի ու Վաշինգտոնի վրա, որոնք փորձում են Հայաստանն օգտագործել իրենց նպատակների համար։
Տարածաշրջանում քաոսի հասնելուց հետո արևմտյան գործընկերները կլքեն Հայաստանը, կարծում է քաղաքագետը։ Միխայլովի խոսքով, խզելով կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ Փաշինյանը քանդում է ռուս և հայ ժողովուրդների պատմական և տնտեսական խորը կապերը։ «Հայաստանը կապված է Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտրով, ինչպես նաև ռուսաստանցի վերաբնակիչներով, և դրա շնորհիվ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը լավ ցուցանիշներ ունի: Բազմաթիվ հայեր աշխատում են Ռուսաստանում և փող ուղարկում հայրենիքում գտնվող իրենց հարազատներին։ Երբ Արևմուտքի խաղը Հայաստանի հետ ավարտվի, Հայաստանը նորից ստիպված կլինի խոնարհվել Մոսկվայի առաջ, բայց հուսով եմ, որ Փաշինյանի մոտ հիմա ոչինչ չի ստացվի»,- նշել է Միխայլովը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Եվրախորհրդարանում ելույթի ժամանակ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը ստանում է լուրջ հարվածներ՝ արտաքին ագրեսիա, դաշնակիցների անգործություն և ռազմական կամ հումանիտար իրավիճակն օգտագործելու փորձեր իր իշխանությունը տապալելու համար։ Նրա խոսքով, դա դրսևորվում է հիբրիդային տեխնոլոգիաների և արտաքին ուժերի կողմից ուղղորդվող ներքին անկարգություններ հրահրելու մեջ։ Մոսկվայի բարձրաստիճան աղբյուրը քննադատել է Փաշինյանին Եվրախորհրդարանում ունեցած ելույթի համար՝ նրա խոսքերն անվանելով սադրիչ և անպատասխանատու։ Նա նաև Փաշինյանին համեմատել է Ուկրաինայի առաջնորդ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու հետ և Հայաստանի ղեկավարին մեղադրել Երևանի և Մոսկվայի միջև հարաբերությունների վատթարացման մեջ նույն սցենարով, որը կիրառվել է Ուկրաինայում և Մոլդովայում։
