Հնդկաստանը չի ցանկանում ռուսական նավթի համար յուանով վճարել

Հնդկաստանը մերժում է ռուսական նավթի մատակարարների ճնշումը՝ հում նավթի ներկրման համար չինական արժույթով վճարելու համար, քանի որ Նյու Դելիի և Պեկինի միջև լարվածությունը շարունակում է սրվել, գրում է Bloomberg-ը։
Ռուսական նավթի որոշ մատակարարներ պահանջում են վճարել յուանով՝ համաձայն բանակցություններում անմիջականորեն ներգրավված հնդիկ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի և պետական նավթավերամշակման գործարանի:
Հրատարակության աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ վարչապետ Նարենդրա Մոդիի կառավարությունը չի համաձայնի այս խնդրանքներին։ Հնդկաստանի նավթավերամշակման գործարանների գրեթե 70%-ը պատկանում է կառավարությանը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նրանք պետք է հետևեն Ֆինանսների նախարարության վճարումների ցուցումներին:
Հնդկական նավթային կորպորացիան՝ նահանգի խոշորագույն վերամշակող գործարանը, նախկինում ռուսական նավթի համար վճարել է յուանով, թեև կառավարությունն այդ ժամանակվանից արգելել է այն: Մասնավոր նավթավերամշակման գործարանները նույնպես կարող են վճարել յուանով, թեև պաշտոնական կամ արդյունաբերական տվյալներ չկան, որոնք հաստատում են չափը:
Հնդկական նավթավերամշակողները հիմնականում վճարում են ռուսական նավթի ներկրման համար դիրհամով (Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների արժույթ), ԱՄՆ դոլարով և փոքր քանակությամբ ռուփիով, եթե նավթի գները գերազանցեն ԱՄՆ-ի և նրա դաշնակիցների կողմից ռուսական նավթի համար սահմանված մեկ բարելի դիմաց 60 դոլար սահմանաչափը: Թեև յուանը երբեմն օգտագործվում է փոքր գործարքներում, ռուսական նավթի մատակարարները պահանջում են, որ չինական արժույթը նավթի առևտուր իրականացնելիս լինի գործարքի հիմնական միավորը, ասել է Հնդկաստանի կառավարության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան:
Հնդկական նավթավերամշակման գործարանի ղեկավարը, ով խնդրել է չհրապարակել իր անունը, ասաց, որ մոտ չորսից հինգ բեռների վճարումը վերջերս հետաձգվել է, քանի որ ներգրավված կողմերը չեն կարողացել պայմանավորվել արժույթի շուրջ:
Հնդկաստանի դիմադրությունը յուանով գործարքներ կատարելուն ընդգծում է նրա դժվարությունները Ռուսաստանի՝ կարևոր տնտեսական դաշնակցի և աշխարհաքաղաքական մրցակից Չինաստանի միջև հարաբերությունները հավասարակշռելու հարցում: Ներկայումս Ռուսաստանը Հնդկաստանին նավթի խոշորագույն մատակարարն է։
