Փորձելով Արցախի հետ տեղի ունեցածի ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը դնել Սամվել Շահրամանյանի վրա՝ Սյամոյի ընկեր Անդոնը, արձագանքելով այն հիմնավոր պնդումներին, որ Արցախում կատարվածի մեղավորը հենց ՀՀ իշխանություններն են, այլ ոչ թե ուրիշները, ասել է.«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո կնքեցին միայն հրադադարի պահպանման ռեժիմը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ: Իրենք պահպանեցին թե՛ Պաշտպանության բանակը, թե՛ մեր սպառազինությունը, թե՛ կառավարման մարմինները…»:

Կներեք, իսկ պրահյան գործընթացի մեջ ո՞վ մտավ, Լուիշ Ֆիգո՞ւն… Նիկոլն է այս ողբերգության միակ մեղավորն այն պարզ պատճառով, որ զրկեց Արցախին որևիցե իրական հեռանկարից՝ գնալով ոչ թե ռուսների նախանշած ճանապարհով՝ կարգավիճակի հարցը ապագա սերունդներին թողնող, այլ՝ արևմտյան, որի դառը պտուղները դեռ երկար ենք քաղելու: Եթե Իլհամը գործեր այս նույն հարձակումը Ստեփանակերտի վրա նախքան պրահյան գործընթացի մեջ մտնելը, Իլհամի մաման նույն Մոսկվան կլացացներմի այլ ձևով, բայց քանի որ Իլհամը, ի տարբերություն Անդոնի փրչոտ շեֆի, նորմալ կրթություն է ստացել, սպասեց հարմար պահի ու Նիկոլի պասով գտավ ճիշտ ժամանակը՝ հայոց պատմության վերջին էջը մեկընդմիշտ փակելու:

Նիկոլը ստեղծեց մի իրավիճակ, երբ ոչ մի զենք ու զինամթերք չէին փրկելու Ստեփանակերտը կործանումից. որպեսզի զենքն օգուտ բերի, նախ առաջին հերթին կարևոր են քաղաքական հիմքերը, իսկ Նիկոլը զրկել էր Ստեփանակերտին որևիցե քաղաքական հիմքից՝ արցախահայության խնդիրը վերածելով բացառապես հումանիտար պրոբլեմի:
