Ամեն ինչ չի, որ մեզանից է կախված, բայց փորձելու ենք ձեր հարցերին լուծում տանք․ Շահրամանյան

Մի խումբ քաղաքացիների նոր ընդունեցինք և պարզաբանումներ տվեցինք իրենց հնչեցրած հիմնական հարցերին, որը մեծամասամբ վերաբերում էր սոցիալական վիճակին: Մեր լիազորությունների շրջանակում մենք բոլոր հարցերին տվեցինք պատասխաններ:
Այս մասին Արցախի ներկայացուցչության շենքի դիմաց հայտնեց Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը։
«Մենք պատրաստ ենք նաև ձեր հարցերը գույքագրենք ու ներկայացնենք համապատասխան տեղ։ Ամեն ինչ չի, որ մեզանից է կախված, բայց մենք փորձելու ենք ձեր հարցերին լուծում տանք։ Այդ նպատակով որոշել ենք, որ այստեղ տրամադրելու ենք 2 սենյակ, և այն քաղաքացիները, որ կամավոր ցանկություն են հայտնել զբաղվել ձեր հարցերով, գույքագրեն ներկայացնեն մեզ՝ հետագա ընթացքավորման նպատակով, ունենալու են այդ հնարավորությունը»,- նշեց նա։
Արցախի նախագահը հայրենակիցներին կոչ արեց սթափ և զգոն լինել այս հարցերի շուրջ, պետք չէ դիմել սադրանքների, սա մեզ բնորոշ չէ, մենք իրավունք չունենք իրար մեջ նման գործելաոճ դրսևորել:
Նրա խոսքով՝ մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ չվտանգենք ՀՀ-ն և Արցախի հետագա ճակատագիրը: Նա հավաքվածներին խնդրեց քաղաքացիական հասկացողություն այս հարցի շուրջ:
«Այս իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար մեզ պետք է միայն միասնություն: Ես հայտարարում եմ՝ այն ինչը օրինական պահանջ է ձեր կողմից, ձեր կողքին կանգնած եմ, ինչը անօրինակ է՝ չեմ կարող այդ ամենում ներգրավվել»,- հորդորեց Շահրամանյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ մի խումբ արցախցիներ Հայաստանում Արցախի ներկայացուցչության դիմաց ակցիա են իրականացնում վաղ առավոտից՝ բողոքում են Արցախի պետհիմնարկների աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը տրամադրելը դադարեցնելու որոշման դեմ։
Նրանք մտել էին Արցախի ներկայացուցչության շենք` ճեղքելով կարմիրբերետավորների և ոստիկանական պատնեշը։
Իսկ Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանն էլ իրավիճակը հանդարտեցնելու նպատակով դուրս եկավ շենքից և զրուցեց հավաքվածների հետ։
Ի պատասխան հնչեցված հարցերի՝ Շահրամանյանը հայտարարեց, որ Արցախը լուծարված չէ, որևէ մեկն այդ փաստաթուղթը չի տեսել և այն ի կարող լուծարել ժողովրդի ստեղծած պետությունը։
Ըստ նրա՝ այդ փաստաթղթի հետ կապված բազմաթիվ հարցեր կան, բայց ինքն այսքանի մոտ չիչ կարող ասել։
